There's nothing wrong with WOD style workouts as long as you don't do stupid shit like near-max cat-back deadlifts for time, weighted handstand bosu ball pushups, those retarded kipping SLAP tear "pullups" and that sort of nonsense.
I'd stay away from tren because it will destroy your cardio. I know that test and EQ cycles are popular with crossfitters.
I think as a xfit guy you want to keep the cycle simple and light.I was thinking test around 300 and eq at 600. What do you think? NPP crossed my mind also for some strength gains, I’m not sure how bad the pumps are

So you don’t think NPP is a good fit? I’m not exactly your typical xfit guy build. I’m about 5’10” 215 11-12% body fat. 550 deadlift, 475 squat, Just benched 315x5. I just like getting my heart rate up few times a week and being mobileI think as a xfit guy you want to keep the cycle simple and light.
I’m on TRT. I Think I’ll run that cycle for 20ish weeksI'd think that would be a decent cycle. I'm assuming you'll be PCTing, so if you can get boldenone cypionate it's better than EQ because it clears your system faster.
If you use EQ, make sure to run the test 3-4 weeks past when you stop the EQ. Equipoise takes a long time to get out of your system, so you don't want to end up in a low test situation.
