Gonna get roasted

any of you guys do CrossFit style workouts? What’s been your best cycle for those who have?

There's nothing wrong with WOD style workouts as long as you don't do stupid shit like near-max cat-back deadlifts for time, weighted handstand bosu ball pushups, those retarded kipping SLAP tear "pullups" and that sort of nonsense.

I'd stay away from tren because it will destroy your cardio. I know that test and EQ cycles are popular with crossfitters.

I was thinking test around 300 and eq at 600. What do you think? NPP crossed my mind also for some strength gains, I’m not sure how bad the pumps are

I'd think that would be a decent cycle. I'm assuming you'll be PCTing, so if you can get boldenone cypionate it's better than EQ because it clears your system faster.

If you use EQ, make sure to run the test 3-4 weeks past when you stop the EQ. Equipoise takes a long time to get out of your system, so you don't want to end up in a low test situation.

I think as a xfit guy you want to keep the cycle simple and light.
So you don’t think NPP is a good fit? I’m not exactly your typical xfit guy build. I’m about 5’10” 215 11-12% body fat. 550 deadlift, 475 squat, Just benched 315x5. I just like getting my heart rate up few times a week and being mobile

I’m on TRT. I Think I’ll run that cycle for 20ish weeks

The problem with Crossfit is all the prescribed weights, rounds for time like it's a race, and complex lifts. It's a recipe for disaster and there's a reason why crossfit has the injury rates it has. No one should be doing deadlifts, snatches, power cleans etc. for reps x time and to claim some PR. Those are highly technical lifts that need full concentration and form. Speed doesn't allow for that.

Nothing to roast here. If you compare the total workload volume of a bodybuilder and a crossfitter, crossfitter would win every time, it's insane.

Also, mind your AI/E2 with that dosage of EQ, I crushed mine while on it and it's not a fun story. Do bloods prior, 6 weeks in and then halfway to make sure your AI (if needed; for example, I finished my Test/EQ cycle without the usage of an AI) is calibrated correctly.

I don’t do CrossFit. My training is more Unconventional based. It has roots in some aspects from that side of the fence. But it’s more Combative based emphasizing heavily on Applied Power, agility, stamina, endurance, hand to hand conditioning and Rucking.
The things that shine with me and my body are Low Test, Low Deca, Primobolan, Anavar, Winstrol, and high EQ.
We are talking daily training and conditioning, with alternate days putting a Ruck, shooting an Azimuth and Rucking 6-12 hour days. That’s where the synergy of the compounds truly shines. And the EQ keeps supplying the EPO-RBC’s into the bloodstream nice and smooth non stop...
It’s honestly a self assessment for each candidate. Their is no Universal formula.
Studying the Compounds and seeing how you can implement them into your regiment slowly, with a low dose is the only way the candidate will know how they will react.

I try to keep each phase of my workout on a clock.

But I have done AMRAP lifts for time, with a similar overall framework. Weights are obviously dropped down considerably on most lifts.

Both to avoid killing myself and to make it through multiple 60-90 second rounds.

Yes.

Power Cleans, Snatches, Deadlifts, Squat / OH Squat, PP / C&J.

Not going for PRs or crazy weight. But applying CF principles is a pretty quick way to absolutely torch body fat or pass a piss test.

Just saying, lot of guys talk shit. But it has its merits.

Most injuries I've actually seen in boxes are caused by coaches that are afraid to tell someone they're not ready for a particular movement. Either did to shit from, imbalance, or lack of mobility.
