Blood work, 12 weeks off cycle. Goodlyfe products.

250 x 1 /wk
No GH so this is my current baseline.

Creatinine went up, .5 after being off 3 months, idk how, it’s not hot here in central cali right now so don’t drink as much fluids. Unsure why still, will keep a close eye on that.

@Palifter what do you think? Is it time to go?? Going to order kidney stuff, and retest in a few weeks.
I may not be as smart as @Palifter but i always have a high creatinine number and ive read up on it and if ur a muscular person ur gonna have higher than normal people and also if u lift weights a day or 2 before ur bloodwork you'll have more creatinine in ur blood from muscle breakdown. Ur bun numbers were in range so I wouldn't worry

@Nsbb partner at work, (has kidney issues and diabetes) said the same thing, going to get one done here soon.

@BigRed1 thats what I’ve taken too, my previous coach, bleu Taylor, was very adamant about not training for 2-3 days before getting bloods taken, I did heavy legs the day before, so there’s that, aswell as started smoking again, already quiting I know, which raises BP aswell. Going to do a cycle of kidney stuff and and tighten things up a bit and see how numbers look, I’ve also put on about 25lbs of muscle this year so that has a factor too.

Yea I would assume ur fine. I had a dr that was freaking out about it and did my bloods and then had me do urine protein test and that test came back completely fine then they wanted me to go get a kidney ultrasound.
So I talked to my aunt who is actually a kidney specialist for cancer treatment at a hospital and she said it's nothing to worry about bc my size and the test results I already had.
But of course if ur worried about it then do all that u think is necessary.

I concur with what others have said and @Nsbb is correct, if you really are concerned a UA wouldn’t be a bad idea.

Otherwise, your biomarkers look fine and fall in line with what you’d see in “athletes”.

For peace of mind, it may be a good idea to order a UA. Check for amount and size of blood and protein in your urine. Also urine creatinine #… helpful for ruling out actual kidney pathologies
Agreed, precautionary measures never hurt. Awesome to see so many guys taking their blood work serious in here. This, in particular, is what the board is about. Love it.
