So a bit of back ground. Im 28 years old. Ive had glandular gyno since puberty (around age 15), which only progressed during my early AAS use in which time I did not have the knowledge I do now. So for years Ive dealt with it and it sucked. Everyone else said they couldnt tell but I could. Even when I was lean the gland was still visible. I tried everything. crashing estrogen with AI, high dose Tamox (worked the best FYI), Raloxifene (didnt do anything for me, both pharm grade, powder, and solution), vit b6, winny (dht's seemed to help slightly).
I was able to get a gland excision covered by insurance. It only cost me $520 for bilateral treatment! I went to a general surgeon and told him I was in pain...About the surgery itself today...I was nervous...They put me to sleep...I dont remember shit...and Im in absolutely no pain currently (9-10hrs post op). I have looked at it and the difference to me is already dramatic. Once it heals up a bit Ill post some pictures of the results. I did not do any lipo just gland removal.
Ill post some pictures to give you an idea of what I was working with prior to surgery, they are not current pictures but one is from March 2018 and is similar to my current body fat (fat for me, im usually pretty lean). Ill also post some from late May 2018 at sub %10 bf (I blew back up over last 6 weeks...20lbs). But keep in mind I would usually stimulate my areola to decrease the gyno appearance in photos and while at the pool or whatever. Talk about a mind fuck, if your doing shit like this just get the surgery. What Im saying is it was worse than what you see in the pictures. I wish I would have taken one right before for yall.
Ill have to post the pics in a bit because my daughter is using my phone and thats where they are. So scroll down to view them once the are up.
Im here for any questions some of you suffering from this may have.
