You guys thought I forgot about you today eh eh?
Progress over the last few days seemed to take a bit of a stand still. Weighed myself completely empty yesterday and was at 175.6 :S
Very frustrating.
I am having an incredible lift as we speak, my pump is out of this world, but not much of an increase in strength from last week.
Chest day did 225 x 4 for 3 sets
Followed by 205 x 6 for 3 sets
Followed by 135 x 8 close grip flat bench for 3
Then 135 x 8 incline for 3
Then 135 x 8 close grip incline for 3
Now doing some dumbbell work, incline press, flies, and will finish with push ups till failure.
I am trying to up the ante and kick my ass. I would say my endurance is up, but I am fighting for the size.
My wife made a good point, saying that because work has been crazy I am having more shakes and should try more meals with it. Smart woman.
I also ordered a new super curl bar. I have dumbbells for curls but this will allow me to pack on more weight and open up more exercises. My wrist is gonna thank me as well.
Last change I will make is dropping letro to eod at .2ml and upping ralox to 120mg. My sex drive has dropped and it feels similar to when I crashed my estrogen during my gyno reversal attempt precycle. Hopefully this will have an impact on my weight gain too!
