yeah, just thinking you might have better health benefits cooking with small amounts of butter and then drizzling with additional olive oil after.

also this only applies to extra virgin. normal olive oil is fine for higher heat.

Just stepped on the scale (with full belly) and weighed in at 180.8!

I am getting the feeling I may have 5 pounds stuck in my colon somewhere so I grabbed some mini wheats so I can do a fiber cleanse all this week.

Now that's whatcha call DETAIL!

frozen berries
orange juice
hemp protein is good in it for sure but optional
 
So last night was back to back strange dreams again. It has been my number 1 side effect. I slept a bit restless, ended up dropping my heat down so I could get comfortable.

I had some bad luck with my pins as well. Today's delt shot of tren has been stinging all morning, and yesterday's test tren mix into my quad has gotten a bit sore.

Normally I wouldn't mind but today is leg day so I am hoping it won't keep me from squatting as deep as I need to go.

I was taking to one of my buddies that just started tren recently, and he is getting a ton of sides at a fraction of the dose I am at.

Through our conversation we came up with a cool addition to my current cycle that I think you guys will benefit from.

I will still grab my labs as planned and should be scheduling them at the end of this week.

From there I will order another brands tren and switch over for two weeks and document any changes in sides, results, appetite or behavior.

I think this is the best way for me to judge dosages because this is the only tren I have experienced. If you guys have any feedback, other tests or ideas, I am all ears.

For the second tren brand I will go with BL, it has become the gold standard of our board, and it seems like a good amount of users are familiar with their products for comparison purposes.

I do want to put out that this is something I am doing to be completely sure before giving my personal gtg. I have been having a great cycle and I feel confident in Peps service, but my goal is accuracy and transparency.

I think side effects hit people differently, you can't judge the quality by someone else's sides. I've ran both tren A and tren E and have never gotten night sweats. I do get fucked up dreams, aggressive and my cardio is non existent. You should be happy your sides aren't as brutal as his.
 
That's cool to switch it up and see if you notice a difference. As I'm sure you already know, remember everyone reacts differently to certain compounds and your friend could just be sensitive to Tren which may be the reason he's having more sides/effects. I know a guy that was on his second week of test prop and dude started growing titties rapidly haha sucks for him cause i think test prop is the shiznit!

Anyways keep up the hard work bro, I've been enjoying your log and progress which in turn has been motivational to me as well.
 
Thanks guys! I think you are both right and I could be less sensitive to sides, but I do want to do my due diligence as well. The Herc thing was a huge wake up call for all of us so I plan on doing my part to be absolutely certain.

Besides if Pep still comes out shining after we put him through all of this, he gains a solid rep. For an honest source it's a benefit.

Hopefully we can establish a precedent for all labs that show up after this is all over.
 
You guys thought I forgot about you today eh eh? :D

Progress over the last few days seemed to take a bit of a stand still. Weighed myself completely empty yesterday and was at 175.6 :S

Very frustrating.

I am having an incredible lift as we speak, my pump is out of this world, but not much of an increase in strength from last week.

Chest day did 225 x 4 for 3 sets
Followed by 205 x 6 for 3 sets
Followed by 135 x 8 close grip flat bench for 3
Then 135 x 8 incline for 3
Then 135 x 8 close grip incline for 3

Now doing some dumbbell work, incline press, flies, and will finish with push ups till failure.

I am trying to up the ante and kick my ass. I would say my endurance is up, but I am fighting for the size.

My wife made a good point, saying that because work has been crazy I am having more shakes and should try more meals with it. Smart woman.

I also ordered a new super curl bar. I have dumbbells for curls but this will allow me to pack on more weight and open up more exercises. My wrist is gonna thank me as well.

Last change I will make is dropping letro to eod at .2ml and upping ralox to 120mg. My sex drive has dropped and it feels similar to when I crashed my estrogen during my gyno reversal attempt precycle. Hopefully this will have an impact on my weight gain too!
 
Weighed in at 177.6 before my nightly meal!

Not too bad. I will end the night on a 80gram protein shake, and 2chicken breasts.

Looking in the mirror I see a few changes. My sides are getting more trim and vascularity is still improving.

Now it is just up to the little things I can do throughout the day to contribute.

I haven't taken letro for two days now, which I think has helped my mood. There isn't enough money in the world for all of the things you may think of during a cycle, but I will be adding adex to my wish list!

Yea, I'm gonna coast on this ralox for a bit.

I have gyno, it's not going anywhere anytime soon, so if I can keep it at bay that is good enough for me, at least for the time being.

190 is still the goal so I need to get there!
