GotPep Test E Tren A Log and Review

Though I was talking about a study without the use of pct.

This one used a typical pct and it normalized to within a few points lol so I guess it's no worries.

Studies have also shown it takes up to 14 months for hormones to normalize after deca, partly because of the ester. So I recommend NPP.

Damn Dr Weekend over hear :P :o :o

I am pretty sure the 2-3 cycles I will run next year will keep my hormones from "normalizing"

In all seriousness though, if they had a cyp or enth ester I would use that, but the daily pins annoy me from what the npp would need.

I have even been picking up tren e for the stash over tren ace.

But in all seriousness, if you really wanna cycle again that soon I would just cruise.

No point in the roller coaster.

Oh I've considered it. I just think that some break is better than no break what so ever.

I mean being off for 2.5 months is a nice break IMO.

Not perfect, but it's far from self prescribed trt.

Yeah NPP would be good 3x a week tho.

If you plan on running 3 dude... Cruise the whole time and use hcg.

You'll get huge and it will be a fun year. But then I would take some longer time off after.

Eh. Serms are mildly toxic. Cruising > 3 pcts in a year. And 200 mg test will put no strain on the body. I would def use hcg tho all the way thru. But if It were me I would pct and wait until July or so to cycle again.

I will cruise if you do it with me ;)

I typically find your posts interesting weekend but this is horrible advice.. 1-4 is a young guy that I'm sure doesn't want to end up forced into TRT in a few years. Stay shutdown for a year, really?? Dude's not competing or anything.. No reason to take that risk IMO.

I don't disagree that it's bad advice Johnny... I just think 3 cycles in a year is harder on the body than cruising. And they use test e on young dudes for birth control for 6 months or more with full recovery later.

I know 1-4 personally and his cycle history is pretty gnarly. He has been shutdown for a year on end before from what I understand. I dunno. He told me he ran a cycle per quarter.

I won't be cruising either 1-4, I miss my seminal volume lol

The year your talking about I ran one cycle winter off spring cycle summer, off for 4 weeks then back on late winter.

I don't disagree that that was intense, but it definitely wasn't test all year.

Man this weekend sucked!

Hate Black Friday.

Moving on...

As requested here is my diet for the day, loveyourbody wanted to take a look.

The feedback will be helpful too, I seem to be stuck around 180, so I am going to track my diet all week to keep my self above 4k.

10am
16oz Milk
3 scoops on whey

12pm
2 cups yogurt

2pm
2 cups yogurt

5pm
32 oz pasta Alfredo
4 oz tuna

8pm
8oz white rice
8oz beef stir fry

10pm
16oz milk
3 scoops on whey

That comes out to-
4032 cals
300 grams of protein
94 grams of fat (52 sat fat)

Unfortunately the busy weekend has been keeping me in bed longer than I am used to.

Typical mornings for me would include 3 boiled eggs and another 2 cans of tuna or short stack of pancakes and some sausage.

At work, yogurt could be subbed for oatmeal as well.

Bb69 made a huge point that resonated with me the other day,

"It's the meal that you wake up and eat at 4 in the morning that your body is not used to. That will be your game changer"

I read that and was like, hell yea...he's right.

This diet has worked for me all cycle because it was drastically different, but I need a drastic shift again to push myself to the next level.

More solid carbs and protein in the first half of the day should greatly impact my results.

I will also take in a small shake at 4am when i give my son his bottle to supplement and keep my self full.

Hopefully I will be as big as Johnny's 3 year old one day...

Stay tuned, I will post tomorrow's eats as well.

made some of my biggest gains doing a gainer shake in the middle of the night every night for a month.

First thing I do when I wake up in the morning is throw a big scoop of whey protein in a shaker cup w water & shotgun it.
Last thing I do every night before I go to bed is throw a big scoop of casein protein in a shaker cup w water & shotgun it.

Wheres the morning oatmeal ? I have a cup every morning plus 2 tbs Adams crunchy peanut butter and a tbs honey , 550-600 cal . Usually boiled eggs/whites too .
I try to have oatmeal again at around 3pm plus sliced ham/eggs . Staple food.

Oh I cram more down my throat...usually every 2 hrs I'm eating something, but I was just saying right when I get up I'm usually hungry. I gotta get something in my belly quick! Then, I go from there...

And dont forget the low fat cottage cheese , 24 gms casein protein and only 150 cal/cup, thats my bedtime snack......

Sorry I have been slacking guys, these last three days I have been tracking my intake:

Yesterday came out to

320grams protein
500 grams carbs

Every morning I have three scoops of whey on 16 oz whole milk and the same before bed.

I have been eating a lot more pasta and rice, and I have been having bran cereal instead of oatmeal.

I will post up my complete meal log for yesterday and what I have eaten so far today, right after my lift here in a hour or so.
