Me personally, I would up the protein intake post workout, I try to get 40-80 grams of protein within the first hour PWO. Possibly rotate your 1600 with your 600.

I also don't like to load up on carbs that late at night, I was taught to carb early in the day, so most of the energy stores would be used up by night time, thus allowing any fat stores to be burned during the morning workout (eat carbs for lunch and pwo).

I dont care im starving when dinner comes just ready to eat everything up. Plus without copious amounts of carbs its hard to bulk properly
 
The pip in my quads isn't bad after my 1st go most importantly no swelling or LUMPS. I guess ill stick to 2cc separated in to 2 inj areas seems like the volume of the oil is the common denominator when it comes to swelling.

Just got out of the gym FEEL GREAT. This is beginning to feel all too easy! Im up some more body weight today. Its not unrealistic to be about 275-280 when im finished bulking at this pace.

I took some pictures today and im honestly amazed and blown away by the turn my body is starting to take! Everything is up! My arms are stretching the tape, the chest and back are just ridiculous and my legs....whew forget about it. I had to buy new underwear cuz my waist is shrinking fast and my quads are blowing the fuck up! When I eventually post these transformation pics you guys will see...:cool:

Thank god its friday fellas.

I did back work today in the gym. I feel more powerful and look better each passing workout. One problem im running into now is it literally takes me 1.5 hrs to completely exhaust my muscles. I have to split up chest/back routines solely for this reason. I completely fucked my chest yesterday, I MEAN FUCKED. Not sore today. Not even a little. I cant get over it. I can train everyday and not be hampered by soreness at all. WOW amazing.

I did
4sets seated cable rows
4sets palms up pulldowns
4sets wide grip pulldowns
4 sets barbell upright rows
4sets dumbbell lateral raises
4sets machine rear delt laterals=24 sets total.

FEEL HUGE LOOK HUGE
 
So pip is getting better and no filters? That's good to hear, maybe it's just virgin muscles.
My quads are fine from tuesdays Injection. I think the large volume is what did
It so ill be sticking to 1cc per site for now. That means I gotta load up 2 syringes to pump 500mg in 2 different sites

Hells ya. Im only 2 weeks in currently so ill hafta wait. I haven't taken any adex yet. When I get my blood work it should tell the whole story and where I should adjust
 
Were you just front loading or do you plan to run that all the way through your first cycle? If you are feeling like superman after two weeks you prob don't need to and lower would be better for future cycle gains.

Why would running it at a gram effect future cycles?
 
It may not, like I said it might be bro science. But, some believe that each cycle you need a little more to keep making gains. In a way it makes sense, like anything your body gets less sensitive and you grow a tolerance to whatever it is and adjusts. On the other, I guess the only way to truly tell is to test that theory. One thing is for sure, a gram a week is 2x more costly.
 
Idk man. Im gonna be a blast and cruiser like so many others. My Nat T levels are useless. If that theory were to hold up then no blast/cruiser would ever make gains and they would eventually need to cruise on 1g a week to counteract the tolerance issue. See my point?

Besides test E is cheap and I got 11 vials, no scratch that, 10 vials left now:)
In the future I won't be running test E only cycles any how. This was my 1st and just testing the waters. My next cycle will be predominantly deca. Ill add something new every time till I'm happy.
 
Seeing any bloat? Even with a ton of water and eating clean I would suspect you need a AI @ 1g test/wk. I'm a firm believer in preventative instead of trying to play catch up later, keep an eye on it because the oils should start spooling up soon.

Im watching intently for any sides. Its safe to say none at this point. 2 weeks in so far. Im up 11 pounds but alot of it is new muscle. I have been losing around my waist. No noticeable water retention in face or anything. Greatly increased stamina, endurance and especially recovery. Some strength increases mostly in leg power. Measurements are up. My arms are pushing 17.75" that's up 3/4". Chest and back are visibly larger with more defined muscle tone even for 254 lb. Legs are most impressive with much more gurth and volume. Feelings of well being are awesome. Sadly tho no increase in libido
 
im on about 950mg ew , and not sure i really carry water in my face at all, or any nipple sides whatsoever. i still take about 12.5 mg of aromasin 2x ew ..

glad you arent feeling any neg sides either. Its amazing how hard muscle get with a little supplementation, and good lifts. congrats and welcome to the dark side
 
I had to back off the armidex until I get blood work. I think it gave me tendinitis in my elbow. The pain is not a big deal but after certain workouts I lose grip strength and have to lift much lighter. I hate losing any momentum. Hoping backing off the arimidex does the trick.
