Me personally, I would up the protein intake post workout, I try to get 40-80 grams of protein within the first hour PWO. Possibly rotate your 1600 with your 600.
I also don't like to load up on carbs that late at night, I was taught to carb early in the day, so most of the energy stores would be used up by night time, thus allowing any fat stores to be burned during the morning workout (eat carbs for lunch and pwo).

I dont care im starving when dinner comes just ready to eat everything up. Plus without copious amounts of carbs its hard to bulk properly
