Grapefruit vs. Hematocrit

I was about to mention this, I hog down water every single day and my hematocrit is never over 50, my last blood work June 7th had it at 47.

Im on TRT and never donate blood.
140mg/wk test c , going back to 200mg/wk (my last 200mg/wk bloodwork showed 49 hematocrit IIRC)

(Dont judge my test level, I missed a pin a week before)
How much water on average?

No need to donate when ur total is next to normal… it’s good as long as you see the mental and health benefits from that protocol.
840 its still 49, on my previous test before that one
Which was on 200mg with a 9 day trough to get it low for my docs eyes.. going back to 200 over this 140 shit

Wanted to do a follow up on this from late Feb. I started implementing 500mg daily GSE and have done so ever since (obviously also taking other supplements) but this is the only major change to normal. I actually skipped my normal blood donation pre cycle this time as I was truly curious if I could manage my H&H to see the effects of adding this. I finished my cruise phase and am now 6 weeks into Test C 375/DHB 400/Mast E 300. Had my mid cycle bloods done and was extremely pleased to see not only did my values stay in range they actually both reduced ON CYCLE! I’m a believer now.

Wonder if its the masteron? My numbers were in range on my last cycle with mast.

Telmisartan definitely doesn't help.

"We found a significant reduction of serum TC, HbA1c, hemoglobin and hematocrit and RBC count and a significant increase of serum potassium in ARB users"

Too bad it doesn’t help everyone, I am on it but still suffer high rbc, h and h. Even blood donation wouldn’t bring it down.

I’ll be running some GFE every morning. Mine is “2000mg equivalent” so I might do EOD. Going to research more.

But I’m always high on RBC, HCT especially on cycle.
Be an interesting thing to see. Worst case it doesn’t help me.
Hydration will remain normal as well
Further info…

Ran 600 test 400 EQ for 8 weeks or so started feeling like shit. Pulled labs. E2 was low and had some liver/glucose issues.
Fucking anadrol.

Red blood count 6.07
Hematocrit 54
Hemoglobin 18.2

All elevated. Not on a strict diet, and not fully hydrated.
This is a year of cruising on 350 blasting Tren, cruising, blasting test / EQ

I’ve officially dropped to 200mg a week. For a while. I’ll pull labs in a few weeks.
And then when I blast again, It’ll be primo mast. Primo raised my RBC last time as well.
I’ll take GFE and Natto. And see what happens.

How long have your values been elevated? Did it ever come down, if so, how long till blood work showed it’s high again?
