Grayscale Compounding [U.S. Domestic]

You got black filters? Let's see some pics of these. You can afford to tear one apart and do a comparison shot for us.

Our filters are not black, no. I requested a video since light can often be deceiving. If this is a hair, we’re going to restructure our filling procedure to make sure this never happens again. Like I mentioned, this has never happened in multiple years or sourcing. It’s a damn shame it happened now. We’re not here for a quick dollar. We genuinely want to serve the Meso community. This may affect the community’s trust in us, but just know we do care about the safety and quality of our gear. We will be doing everything in our power to make sure nothing like this happens again.

Does anyone have a good way of posting videos?

I just took a 45 second video of me manipulating the vial, and there seems to be a bigger second piece now.
I work in polymers, and wouldn't be entirely shocked if it's from the injection molding process of the stoppers being sub par.

I'll at the very least take more pics of the same vial to compare to my first ones.

Get a burner YouTube account. Set it to “private”. It’ll only work with the link. It’s ok to post a link for something like that.

The unfortunate thing is we’re actually transitioning to silicone stoppers. I apologize that this happened before we switched.

i actually believe you in regards to not being here to make a quick buck.

If this is an isolated incident, i think the way you handle will make all the difference.

If it's not and we get an influx of mystery floaters, i don't think it will be so easy, but lets not put the cart before the horse.
