Hello all -I'm almost 49, been back in the gym for a few months after 25 years or so off. Reading up on supplements, SARMs, AAS, HGH, diet and so forth. I know your knowledge and experience will be very helpful and hope I can contribute something of value as well.
Current stats -5'11" 192lbs 8.5% BF BMR 2,100 calories.
Gym time has shown good results so far after a low-level AAS cycle, 4-6 hours/wk in the gym (full speed, heavy as possible), high protein low fat but high calorie diet (~3.5k/day). MK-677 at 25 mg at night has been reasonably effective at raising IGF-1 levels even in absence of HGH which I have also tried for about 6 months. I've gone from generics to somotropin (can't afford this full-time) and a few in between, still haven't nailed down that one best value HG supplier but I'll keep looking.
