We did this is a program here in the bay area. There was a state of the art gym there and we did a fucking manic circut training style. Anyways, we did this for forearms amd it was the first time I'd seen it. Didn't last long there, the younsters and dropouts liked to lie and get people bench time. Tie a small weight to 48" of string.
Cut off 1' of mop handle
tie other end to the middle of the remains of the mop handle
extend arms and twist the stick until you have rolled the weight all the way up
its always fun doin it with the off hand
My gym has this rollup gadget that has a small hook to hold a plate. I do a few sets of rollups as part of warmupsI agree with the above but this is something i friend does
