Stasi: State Department must list gun-loving NRA as terrorist organization
NEW YORK DAILY NEWS

One terrorist group is responsible for more civilian deaths since December 2012 (the Sandy Hook massacre) than Al Qaeda, Boko Haram, Hamas and the Taliban. Yet it is the only nearly-state sponsored terrorist group that is not listed by the U.S. State Department as such.

It is the National Rifle Association and for their unending lobbying that’s kept a lid on gun control we now have 428 times more American deaths by gun than deaths by foreign terrorists.

"A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

This is out dated. Before police and an established military. No one out there is keeping guns for the militia.

And I believe 99% of people are too dumb and weak to have guns. Weak meaning they try to shoot first when the situation doesnt call for it, when a simple brutal ass whooping would suffice. What happens when a sissy* with a gun gets scared? People die.

*This is not a shot at anyone here. I love y'all, just my opinion on this situation.

People need to leave guns to the proffessionals. Police and Military. I feel like once youve served in either of those capacities then maybe you should be allowed to hold as a civilian. You are properly trained. But just being american isnt enough.

In closing...

Which is why i said the government cannot be trusted. Knowing full-well their ability to stomp our rights into the ground, you still Wang even MORE legislation written and rights taken away. Do you even read what you type? Honestly, do you think before you say these things?

That's what the second amendment says.
A bill that waswriten 224 years ago completely correlates with modern times.
The USA govt has violated almost every amendment that was drawn up by our four fathers. Why should this be any different.

Which is why there should be mandatory gun safety courses, much like there is for a pistol permit here in NY.

People need education, not fear of.

Hey Jay! What about people that hunt? Are they dumb and weak too? Hunting is a way of life where i live. Also i live in a community that has no police on duty after 6 pm so if you have an intruder your on your own as the police take at least an hour to get here. Home invasions around here are getting worse every year, are you saying i have no right to defend myself and my family?
Maybe where you live there is no fear of someone coming to your house to rob you or worse but where i live you better be prepared or your a victim waiting to happen.

Cmon CBS I'm not arguing the obvious.
That's would be unrealistic.
Nobody is going to rewrite the constitution.
Which is why there should be mandatory gun safety courses, much like there is for a pistol permit here in NY.

Who's trying to scare anybody?
Confused:confused:
lol, so that's going to solve problem.
Gun safety courses:rolleyes:
Psycho therapy would be more effective than gun safety courses.

Yea it would be real smart to teach civilians to kill more efficiently.
That will fix the problem

Your ignorance and complete lack of knowledge on the subject at hand is only surpassed by your inability to comprehend what is written.

And for future reference, emotes don't accentuate your point. They make you look flamboyant as fuck.

Hunting is a completely different story. And as long as people can prove they are hunting for food then I believe they should have guns. Rifles, nothing semi or fully automatic. But there needs to be strict laws and regulations is effect for this. Much stricter than what we have now.

As far as self defense:

http://www.armedwithreason.com/less-guns-less-crime-debunking-the-self-defense-myth/

"according to the most recent data on justifiable homicides from the FBI’s Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) program, there were 230 justifiable homicides involving a private citizen using a firearm in self-defense during either an attempted or a completed crime. In the same year, there were 8,275 firearm homicides. This means that, for every one justifiable firearm homicide, there were 36 criminal homicides. Contrary to the gun lobby’s claim that, between 2007 and 2011, guns were used 12.5 million times in self-defense, the most reliable data on this question clearly show that firearms were used only 338,700 times in self-defense, and this includes off-duty police. Clearly, then, despite living in a country with 300 million guns, the use of firearms in self-defense appears to be an exceedingly rare phenomenon"

I really didnt want to post here because I know everyone has their own beliefs. And I have mine. And unless its fucking with UGLs or trolls I dont like arguing. So after this post i'll step aside.

I will say this though. I think laws need to be re-written. I think firearms are a privelage, not a right and there has to be a better way to make sure the wrong people dont get hold of them.

@Mr.B66, I love you. I mean I really love you. I think about you late at night.

To bad all you able to do is throw around insults. That's a sign of a weak minded person. I Agree to disagree. :)

Which is the problem with liberals... the truth insults them... nothing i said was derogatory. I simply stated that, given your posts, it's easy to come to the conclusion that you know absolutely nothing about firearms or regulation dealing with them. You probably get all of your information spoon-fed to you from the media without ever researching anything for yourself.

Just to pointout the fallacy of that study: the vast majority of those firearm homicides were in Chicago and similar cities where guns are completely banned.

Also, how many of those homicides were with legally purchased firearms? How is more regulation going to stop criminals from obtaining them?

All stricter regulation does is prevent law-abiding citizens from obtaining a firearm.

What is it that you think I understand about firearms?
I live in Colorado and there's lots of guns here. My friends are stacked man.
I've shot some pretty guns.
I have been shooting guns with them for over 25 years.
So you coming to the conclusion that I no nothing about firearms is ridiculous,

As far as gun laws go there pretty straight forward but obviously vary from state to state.
You just want everybody to agree with you view. I could care fucking less what people think about my opinion, because it's just that an opinion.
Not an answer.

Hahahaha! Damn Jay you had me at hello!!! [emoji8]

Your posts scream ignorance on the subject.

You believe confiscation (which would never succeed) is a better answer than education and safety courses. That says pretty much all i need to know about your knowledge, or lack thereof.

Your post scream right wing rhetoric, borderline redneck!
Never said confiscation would succeed.
I said I would endorse it.

Education and safety courses is one of the most idiotic ideas I have ever heard.

How would a child or civilian that has no interest in owning a gun be any safer by having willing and wanting gun owner take safety and education classes.

How the fuck is your idea going to benifit someone who wants nothing to do with guns?
Any fucking lunatic can pass a gun safety education course.
Again stupid idea and DEFINITELY not the answer!! lol......

When a person is killed in a car accident, i find it to be just as tragic as a person killed with a gun. Should we confiscate cars as well? After all more people die in car crashes than shootings. Besides, i like horses[emoji4]
