Need some Christmas ideas. What's something you got for the gym that was a game changer? Attatchments, wraps, wedges, sleeves etc. Brands you love? Needing a wrist cuff cable attatchment, other than that I have no idea what to tell people to get me lol

Tough to answer..... not knowing you lol...
Belts, wraps, sleeves, specialty bars, attachments, gym wall art, gym bag, supplements, money for gear

I'm real tempted on the cable cuff/straps. I saw an older gentleman using them near his elbows for lat isolation.
I sometimes wrap the handle strap around my wrist to do cable later raises. Takes the grip out of it for heavy sets. Had some tendinitis a while back and this was the only way I could curl/lateral raise etc. So I thought might as well get a cuff

The straps allow me to do better exercises according to the technique and concentrate on the exercise, and not on keeping the weight

Olympic lifting shoes changed the squat game for me. If you want a cheaper alternative can buy a heel wedge insert to put into your shoes.

Deadlift shoes are meh IMO, prefer bare foot.

Lifting belt, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, elbow sleeves.

Trap bar with both the high and low handles.

Farmers walk compact handles if you don't have much space are nice as well.

Swiss bars, the arched version or the straight version provide a ton of variety.

Mark Bell's sling shot is great if you want to save your shoulders benching, or overload your triceps if you are having trouble locking out your bench.

Bands can mix things up every once in a while as they change the strength curve of many exercises, fairly cheap as well I think.

A pulley system? If you don't own a rack + one already.

Knee sleeves for sure. A good pair of collars is great to have too if your gym only has cheap ones. Rogue HG 2.0 are worth the price. Plates won't slide even a fraction of an inch on high rep deadlifts.

eh. excellent set of equipment. Yes, footwear is generally very important, both in terms of training efficiency and safety. You should not save on yourself and your health. Spending on yourself is not spending, but investing in yourself

Yes. they are very good, they were also appreciated, I do not regret that I spent on them. Every time I understand that I bought it correctly

And some pins for stocking stuffer. I actually added some grips to the list but went with cheaper generics. Those fat grip seem expensive
I have no brand fat grips and love them! I just started using them for rows and dumbbell bench again and it's gonna take a few weeks to readjust to em. I even threw them on a bar for suitcase deadlifts/farmers walk and couldn't lift the bar with them on! Piece of cake once I took the grip off.

The straps allow me to train more efficiently and more intensively without being distracted and not depending on the strength of my grip. But again, I strengthen it with separate exercises.
