I am looking for a little advice on how to handle my gyno flare, it's week two of my test prop cycle.
I am currently six pinz in and I am running 125 mg four days a week.
I am obviously estro sensitive my nips got swollen and the old lumps That I have are starting to flare up. No itchiness but a little sore to the touch.
Was running aromasin at 12.5mg eod.
When gyno flared raised it to 25mg Ed
And still got no relief. Then I started taking some torem that I had at 120 mg. The aromasin was not working so now I am taking .5 mg adex ed.
I am already noticing a little relief, but not sure where to go from here.
On top of all this I have had some pretty nasty test flu or what ever.
Severe lethargy, head cold, chills insomnia, and I am really pissy and sensitive about everything. There is also some unwanted aggression towards my innocent co workers and one of the girls I'm hanging out with.
Then there is the pip it was pretty crippling the first week and I was only able two workout twice.
This week has gotten better.
My sixth shot to my left glute was completely pip free. I couldn't believe it. I have been cutting my prop with gso from the start. But it didn't seem to help at all.
The only thing I did different this time was to warm up the oils in a hot water bath. I think it was a combination of that, better technique and hitting the right spot.
Is this all normal?
