Help me out fellas. I have a little gyno problem and want to squash it. What is the best way to go about it, with out having some major surgery. Also I am on a heavy winny/clen cycle right now, do I need to take anything to prevent it from getting worse? I have clomid if I need it. How is that gynotech or whatever you can get at GNC, worth a shit? THanks bros

Anti-est quick!!

Dude I agree, hit the anti-est therapy quick. Nolva always works best for me. You can take it and still continue with your cycle. 80, 40, 20, is a lot, but if your feeling the gyno it's the correct amount!! Don't waist any time starting
just my .02 GB

that's a lot of nolva. if you only have a 'little' problem e.g. itchy nips, mild to moderate soreness, etc., i would try 20mg ed. you should notice a reduction in the symptoms in 4-5 days and a complete cessation in about a week to 10 days. if no imporvement happens in 4-5 days, then move up to 40mg ed. that should definitely do the trick. when the symptoms go away, stay with 10mg ed for the remainder of your cycle even though you shouldn't need it with winny. but better safe than sorry. 80mg is a lot, imho.

Thanks for the info. I guess nolva is the best bet then. Just curious, how much does that surgery cost? Any one recommend a doctor in the midwest worth a damn?

Actually clomid is a mild form of anti-estrogen and I have seen it used this way. I wouldn't suggest it though. Was wondering why you were just doing a winny only cycle. Also I dont think you would have such a gyno problem on winny/clen. If so I usually do 20mg of nolva ED until the symptoms subside. If you are prone or want to keep your estrogen in check. Run nolva before a cycle and 10mg during through out. At worst scenario run and anti-armotizer along with and anti-E such as a novla/dex combo. Also I have not seen any research on this gynoteck at GNC but I wouldnt put my money any over the counter supps at this time when nolva and dex is so cheap.

surgery

Although most think you have to pay out of pocket, some insurances will pick up the surgery. I am in the process now and said I been having it since I was 13 yrs old. I said it hurts me at work and bothers me 24/7. Definttely try to use insurance first.

Gyno surgury is not major it is minor and can even be done by a plastic surgeon(the preferred method). I had the surgury and it was damn worth it. I had gyno bad in both nips. It was so bad that even when I would lift my arms over my head I had a large visible lump. I had tits man. Get rid of that shit. nolv, clomid, arim are preventative measures. Once you have it get it cut out. I have no gyno aggrivation at all anymore and this surgury was over two years ago 04/01 to be exact. Get it cut out. and if your surgeon know what he is doing you will never have gyno again. I am living proof. . .. . . .

Ill Let Ya Know How Mine Goes...i Go Under The Scapel Wednesday. Anyone Know How Long A Person Wont Be Able To Train For.. Im Guessing A Few Days?????

I started trianing light again after four weeks. the doc said wait 6-8 weeks, but he has never trained in his life let alone training after gyno surgury. So what does he know. I went light four weeks after surgury. Definately don't try it after a few days or you will bust the internal stitches and have to go get sown up with external stitches at the emergency room. That will end up increasing scaring and destroy the cosmetics of the internal stitching of flesh together which is necessary so that you don't in up with concave nipples. Remember the doc has to remove all the tissue or it may come back, so letting it heal properly is a MUST. You will loose some weight, but that weight will come back so quickly you won't even know after about a month or two of training. go for it . . .

The bro who said you don't always have to pay out of pocket is absolutely correct. I had a co-pay of fifty dollars. The doc said it was medically necessary for me since my mother had breast cancer at age 37. HMO's have there ups. LMAO . .. .$50 for a gyno surgury on both nips. . . . and a great job at that . . .. .
