You are correct. Put the time in . Not only will you find what ur looking for. But you gain knowledge along the way.
 
I heard Hammer was just awful. He did try to make thing correct. Now Hammer was getting bashed on EVO. A few months back They were suckling off ROBO. Just out of curiosity I checked out EVO, and they were bashing the shot out of ROBO, talking about horrible pip,and saying shit like the DEA is watching him. I think a lot of this shit started at EVO . On the same hand why risk it when There are plenty of places that are GTG.
To clairify that... I rep with robo elsewhere.
He's not with the DEA he's not pissin anyone off. He has a pretty wide customer base but is mostly private. Couple sponsor boards you will find him. He stays in the shadows though. Excellent gear. Samson does the same thing. Just kinda hangs back.

Evo bashed him like crazy because robo had locked down the evo turf all the tenured dudes used his gear. Mods favored it. And so on... he was fucking pissed when they kicked him off haha. He never paid anyone off though I can say that. People just like his shit. He's basic. Doesn't have anyone to impress.

Evo is nonsense. All nonsense. Bunch of scammer bullshit. They just wanna pull people off robo because they wanna push their berd shit.

Wpa over there is a nutcase. Evo went to hell real quick. Definitly don't know of people getting pip off robo gear like that. Won't rule it out though. I have no real interest in pushing him here or soliciting people but since I am close with him, I'm happy to help those who are dieing from this severe pip. IF you have some crazy pip problem with your robo gear let me know and il see what I can do.

My squat is now 375 lbs , reps , I actually can only do 295 lbs reps since I'm off juice , the tire is 500 lbs and I flip it like my bitch

Do you touch your chest on bench? Or are you repping 295 halves, blowing up your triceps?
 
295 reps flat bench, but I'm going to try for 315 soon, the biggest problem is it strains my tendon and underarms

I just don't rest enough because I don't wanna lose the pumps , I think I'm add but my chest is my weak area , I go all the way down and up on bench and do 100 lb dumbbell flat press easy, but the squats , I'm scared to go ALL the way down, this is the first time I've really taken lifting seriously, I've rested only 5 days in the past 3 months

Well just start light, say 135 and go ass to grass and as it becomes more comfortable for you and lighter gradually add weight.
Once you get used to these youll never want to squat any other way and the results will be far greater than half squats.

Why are you scared to go all the way down? BTW, you don't have to go all the way to the floor but unless you have a medical condition that would otherwise impede you, you should take the time to learn how to squat properly. That means breaking parallel.

As far as rest, you need more. Beating yourself up for weeks and especially months at a time is not going to give you the results you may think it will. In fact, it will likely have negative implications such as stalling on lifts and weight/muscle gain and can lead to injury. Your body needs rest to recover and grow.

What you can also do is go on the power rack where you set the spot bars and set it so you bottom out with the barbell right where the spot bars are set and slowly go heavy ass to grass
 
This is funny, but one of the reasons I love Meso. BCB came in acting a fool, but when he actually wants help there are people willing to give it. As much as I like laughing, I hope you do get straight.

But then he doesn't follow up. Not with me anyway. I was putting aside the bad reputation he created in hope that maybe he's ready to be serious about his training by starting a dialog with the purpose of assisting him if I could. Guess I was wrong.
