Have to agree actually. N ow with a civil attitude I think you will get much further.
If your worried on squats, the best thing you can do is stop focusing on weight and focus on form. Make sure you are also fully prepared for squats don't just hit the bar and squat. There is a lot to the muscle groups in legs. Takes proper warm up to make sure you are not going to fuck something up. Focusing on the numbers and increasing rapidly is a good way to damage ligaments and tendons. Keep that in mind.
In powerlifting you don't always hit your max and beyond. You do a lot of work at 80% lots of deload. Lots of acess or work you just don't really see. It's not just lifting the heaviest thing you can every time.
If you truly want to become functionaly strong too look into strongman.
Keep your attitude like it's been these last few posts. It will get you a lot further. Before when you were saying a ton of ridiculous shit it's almost hard not to mess with you....
Fyi if you wanna go bigger on that tire, shit is free usually at tire recyclers. I picked up a 1000lber just the other day.

So sometimes I just like to drop in and let the Meso guys know I'm still going strong out of my pride. I treat my customers GOOD man. You should scroll back and read some of the CRAZY WILD conspiracy theories that have been pinned on me on this board that not 1 of them where true. I was suppose to be going out of business like 8 months ago because I had a sale lol. Labs have sales sometimes it doesn't mean they are jumping ship. Anyways I'm a good guy and never been showed love here at Meso nothing but hate that's why I don't deal with members. I've been scammed probably 5 times honestly from Meso members too but nobody probably believes me or cares lol. Fuck it you guys enjoy your weekend.
