The movement to criminalize doping has been going on for the past 20 years. It has succeeded in several European countries.

It has a good chance of happening in the U.S. this year in a very limited way (that specifically excludes major sporting leagues like NFL, MLB and NBA).

The fact is, everybody’s looking for an edge. You didn’t cheat if you didn’t get caught. That’s the reality of pro/Olympic competition.
 
This guy voluntarily confessed because he was afraid he would be exposed. Preidler was one of the arrested doctor's clients.
