Hard knot in shoulder

I’ll keep it as short as possible

I abused my shoulders with constant pinning and high volume of shots for years and built up a bunch of scar tissue. Injecting them is basically impossible at this point. Haven’t shot them in several months

I’m dealing with a shoulder injury and I was massaging it and notice a hard knot like ball in my shoulder. It doesn’t hurt when I push it but it moves around like a knot in your back, There is some atrophy but I always assumed it was from scar tissue buildup.

Anyone ever experienced this it doesn’t feel like a cysts or an infection.

I know this is no recommended but I I did try to put a pin in and draw something out of it but all I got was air at several Depths.

Might get ripped apart but I’m sure there are some older guys in here that have experienced this

You just said you have abused your shoulders with frequent injections and the first thing you do is shove another needle into it...

Stop damaging it and let your body heal or go to a doctor. Nobody can tell you what it is.

Yea not the smartest thing In the world but if I pulled out anything like puss or old oil I would have been going right then and there......

Shoot elsewhere bro!! Haha!
And roll them out with a mini tennis ball it’ll kill but it’ll help the healing process. Or just get deep tissue 2x a week for a few months.

I have no problem with the pain. I just wanted to make sure it’s “normal” wear and tear over time. Didn’t want to start nailing it with massages and shit if it was something else thank bro

I wouldn’t call it normal pain I shoot my delts all the time and have for a while. It’s just getting rid of the scar tissue that builds up and makes ur delts look shitty. Look into rolling them out.

Does the scar tissue feel as I’m describing ? Like a knot that You can move around

I have similar issue with my delts, haven’t pinned them in a while, but started putting my gh and insulin in them with 5/16 31g and there’s less and less crunchys as the months go, I also get deep tissue work done several times a month and tell her to break that shit up. I’m a believer. @T-Bagger

Hey gotgrowth,, this knot that you have does not seem right to me. I have had knots develop in my chest. It was DHB that did the knots in my chest,,, but they did completely go away after 6 weeks of not injecting anything in my chest during that time. I would have a doctor check that out. Its just not normal for a knot to stay several months in the shoulder like that

Dammit. It literally feels exactly like a knot you would have in your back
