Has anyone switched from high dose tirz 12.mg to sema? Sema isn't working for me

I found some charts and graphs that were put out during some of the drug shortages that show 2.4mg sema is equal to 5mg or 7.5mg tirz and that 2.4 is the max dosage. If that is the case, what do people do who are at lets say 15mg of tirz and switch to sema? I started sema at the lowest dose and increased .50mg every week. Yesterday morning took a 3.5mg shot and I don't feel anything but hungry. Zero side effects or effects. Does anyone here use dosages this high or higher?

They aren't really comparable because they are different peptides. They both have GLP activity but Tirz has less GLP activity and strong GIP agonism.

2.4mg is Max dose Sema and 15mg Tirz is Max dose. You will see people say that these are the equivalent doses. Those are the max approved doses right now but I wouldn't say they are comparable because they are different peptides. There isn't really an equivalent dose, but 1 mg Sema = 6.25 Tirz is a ballpark.

Sema Is being tested at much higher than 2.4 and will likely be approved at higher doses but we shall see.

I've only seen what @UncleBuns has pointed out 2.4mg of Sema ~= 15mg of Tirz. So you're looking at 6:1 ratio. Going from 12mg of Tirz, you would "technically" be at 2mg of Sema. Starting at the 0.5mg would not help.

What's concerning is the fact you're moving up too quickly, every week. You need to give your body some time to adjust to the dosage. Your body doesn't have the proper time to titrate and if you've been at 12mg of Tirz for 4+ weeks and without giving any information of how long you've been off of it before switching to Sema you're leaving a lot of needed information to be able to help out.

Bottom line, you're all over the place. My opinion, go back to 2.4mg and keep that for 4 weeks. Even then many people reported still feeling hungry, you can risk by increasing the dosage more or adding something like Cagri to the mix.
