So i did pushtraining today and last exercise were one handed cable pushdowns for triceps..per side i did around 19 reps, I didnt really need help on the last rep so you could say fairly light weight.
When i did the set on my left arm, around the 15 rep mark i felt a weird woble in my arm and immediately dropped the weight (not because of pain, but because i felt the wobbly thing, kind of like when you feel a tendon grind over your bone, guess you know the feel, except i felt it around my triceps near shoulder area.)
Because i have this stupid ego, i lowered rhe weight, did another set, then added weight to where it was before and did another 15 reps without pain or any of that stuff.
I felt a slight burn after my workout in my left triceps; yet not where i felt the wobbly tging but more in the middle so its hard to say if its not just some soreness.
I got home and tested my tris out again by doing close grip pushups and i focused on using the "injured" triceps and didnt really have a problem doing those...now i have this sore feeling and am worried if i do might have torn it..anyone experienced can give advice?
Btw i will visit the doctor tomorrow anyways, it just takes time until i could get an mri and im really impatient when it comes to stuff like this..
