HCG: Intramuscular v. Subcutaneous

HCG seems to be more often than not injected subcutaneously by most of the members on the forum, but I've also read that it can be injected intramuscularly with little to no problems. Why is subcutaneous preferred to intramuscular? Is it because of the way it distributes into the bloodstream when injected into the superficial fascia, or do people simply prefer to not do intramuscular injections when at all possible?

Every time you pin IM, you creat a wound tract which then scars. More injections in a site equals more scar tissue. There is no benefit to injecting HCG IM, so why not inject Sub-Q and bypass scarring?

Great advise as always MAYO! I agree 110%, I have enough scar tissue so sub-q is the way to go. The only reason you would IM hcg is if you were doing a larger injection, ie: 1ml

BINGG! unless using larger amounts of it, but with hcg MOST dont exceed 500-1000iu/EW so theres no point of IM unless theres other circumstances...

yes and use the same needle you used to draw with

I recommend dragging the tip of the needle against a hard surface before you pin. This will remove any barbs and make for a smoother pin.

Why does everyone say that? I never had bitchy mood swings from clomid, i think when you guys were born your vagina didnt fully form into a penis causing you to still have 23.4% women in you.[)]

X2, I didn't have any problems on Clomid either. No moodiness, no blurred vision....none of the "sides" people talk about from Clomid ever occured.... Lucky I guess?

Clomid made me very moody, dark thoughts. But on the bright side, I had a raging hard-on 4 hrs after the loading dose.

Clomid works wonders for PCT, for me it shits on Nolvadex, i think nolvadex for pct is the most useless piece of shit known to man.

But thats just my opinion, it may work great for others.

Nolvadex= Low sex drive
Clomid= High sex drive...

Im going with option B.

Regardless of how "Fast" nolvadex recovers you. WHen i come off a cycle i still want to fuck lol.

So when injecting 2500iu, you would want to inject it intramuscularly, because it is such a large amount?
