I'm old, but not obsolete (as a famous robot once said)! Still haven't given up the ship. Good to see you haven't either, bigrobbie.

Hey, Sworder. Wise posts from you in the past. It's tempting to run HCG because it does seem to be a (somewhat unpredictable) libido lift.

The price for this may be that you're stuck on TRT for the indefinite future. hcg mimics the effect of LH & FSH, so maybe that's why I like it. Got a full head of hair still, though!

I find it is a slight mood lift (and libido enhancer) at higher doses. Anything up to and over 500 iu/wk probably requires an aromatase inhibitor because hcg will increase estro.

I certainly noticed "the mood thing" when I ran an old school regimen of 1000 iu/day for 10 days (after running none during cycle). Felt I was always on the verge of orgasm, which is necessarily a bad thing.

That's sensible, I guess, if a) you're running hcg during cycle, and b) you still have your own FSH & LH production line going. Otherwise, I'd say push it on up there.

No, I don't feel much of a difference with hCG itself. I usually keep my e2 low so possibly the mood-lift could be a secondary effect to hCG from e2.

Are trying to tell me that you dont use hCG alone? or what? I use HCG with exemestane, maybe could be a mistake.
