I am old school I guess. Looking at both Heath, has much better symmetry then Kai IMHO. Kai's mass is impressive. If he can get shredded and grainy like Photos I have seen of him, he can take it.

Kai was way to puffy last year... I always thought the symmetry was pretty equal with them. phil a little better chest and kai has better quads... phil has a more symmetrical back barely- but kai has a way big ger back and his fucking lats go to his waist.

There is no where else to put muscle on Kai's frame. Crazy!

phil is way more symmetrically pleasing then kai. That picture alone you posted up there, phil is 100X better conditioned then kai. Kai is falling from what I saw last year. He is headed in the same direction as branch warren. Unless he changes that outlook this year of course.

I just don't think the back symmetry is better for either one... different strength areas for each guy but pretty fucking epic

I gotta give it to you @brutus79 , this pose alone from last night pre judging kai is beating out phil. Kai has improved his conditioning drastically from last year. Which I don't even know how he won second with it last year. But this year he seems to be on point.

I totally agree with dpr726, Kai is looking spot on. But unfortunately his chances at winning the O are slim to none because of his "weird" persona. Too bad, hands down he deserves it more than anyone.

I would hang out with kai waaaaaay before I hung with heath. Heath has the most irritating voice and arrogant persona.
