Don’t be fooled by Eva’s kindness. Fast replies to earn your business then slow replies after payment is made. Replies are even slower if there’s a serious issue. Product prices are expensive. She says no customer issues however I haven’t received my order and it’s been almost 2 months. She lacks accountability, blames everything on her team with no specific updates. After a month of requesting for a refund she finally agreed, provided her refund details, it’s been a week and nothing has been received. Forum mods should remove her off this forum, her and her team are incompetent

For now, we're still following the policy I mentioned before If Janoshik testing show bad quality, we'll resend new batch the product or provide appropriate compensation to the customer.
I Bought some EPO that was 100% bunk i texted them on tg they said i could get a refund, then they asked for testing but its not even possible to test epo from what i know but i have bloods, and with crazy doses nothing happened i started at 41 hct ended and after more than 70k ui nothing happened now they are completely ignoring me

made an order on the 5th of September of some vials NPP and 3 packs of Oxa. Transportation was fine but instead oft he Oxa they sent Susta. Susta is something that I really cannot use. I asked for a refund which was not possible (paid by BTC – refund should have been done usually via BTC as well). It was said they just can deduct the amount from the next order. Made my next order – some vials of NPP and some vials of Rippex. Paid by BTC. Answer – shipping of AAS not possible. Amount was refunded but the initial cost of Oxa from the beginning of September not. It was said – „Currently, refunds are only available for new orders; old orders cannot be refunded.“

Please be aware with Hebei – currently I am sitting on lost funds because I cannot get what I need.
 
Placed an order in September, but still nothing. Eva is unable to communicate anything other than "will send the tracking number soon". Every week the same answer, no matter the question. No new info, nothing. I must presume that my order is lost, 1000 USD down the drain

Middle of sept and have been refused a refund.

But she will definitely send tracking soon, right?

Since my first package actually landed before the ssa drama, i cant imagine anything else than the hblf factory got shut down during the inspections and all the money confiscated.
Maybe if they get enough "pre sales" to pay their taxes with some bribes along the way, they get to restart their production?

So, you all should definitely place some orders youll never get to help get Eva, Bella and Lee's ceo out of jail!
