Hello Meso! opinions on AAS vs SARMs for my personal goals?

Skinny guys over estimate what they eat and fat people under estimate. You are not eating enough.

6 inch sub 4 pieces of chicken 2 pork chops and 2 plates of rossoto. Most of us could eat this for breakfast and be starving in an hour. I used to be a fatty and will get that way again if I stop training/watching my diet.

It's easy for me. Eating a fuck ton just comes naturally. But just as I have to watch what I eat to stay lean, you have to make an effort to eat more. It's really as simple as that.

Eat calorie dense foods. Fuck oatmeal and other "clean" foods. You need calories. A huge bowl of cereal with whole milk is 6-800 calories. If it's my favorite cereal I can eat 2-4 bowls. You should try it. Great way to start putting on weight. I also drink milk with every meal (if I want to put on weight).

Mashed potatoes are another calorie dense food that you can eat a ton of easily. Chicken legs, mashed potatoes, and gravy *drool* easily 2000 calories in 1 meal.

Just eat man

Good advice, you're all probably right. Especially only eating two meals a day even when I think I'm gorging myself its still only 2000-2500 cal in a day. I installed myfitnesspal yesterday and Im excited to log my macros and daily cal intake. yesterday I ate 2300 kcal and 53% carbs, 22% protein and 25% fat. My macro goal is 50/25/25 which honestly is how I eat naturally. Didnt expect this thread to turn into telling the little man to eat more rather than neat things to experiment with.

I've always had people tell me I need to eat more but I assumed it was just said in passing with no real substance since I feel I always eat more than fat people at the table. Maybe fat people just eat and snack more often. I basically tend to just fit as much as I can in my stomach in the 2 maybe 3 meals I eat during the day.

Keep tracking for a bit and find your average.

Everybody puts so much thought into the training and drugs, but the backbone of your lifestyle, and the catalyst for all your physique changes is your diet. Training and supplementation are your base layers, nothing positive comes without them. But the actual manipulation occurs with the food intake.

You want to be big? Fuck working your arms. Build your jaw. You're going to need it for all the chewing. . .
