Yea man nothing has changed except the vials. First two vials no welts. 3rd and 4th been getting welts.

IM should be fine as you can't see the irritation in the muscle. However, the red welts are either a result of low purity(doubtful) or a problem during the manufacturing process(more likely). In addition, it is very odd that only some of the vials within the same kit have that problem; as the whole batch should be effected. I'm not going to speculate on what is going on.
Other sources have had this problem over the years and they have replaced the batches effected with good GH. If HGHpro stands by his products, which he states he does, he should replace these, and look into what is going on at his factory.

Yea bc every time now I’m getting a welt and it’s just uncomfortable and I’m not doing anything different at all but gonna try in the shoulder and see how it goes

Just recently two of my vials from the 4th kit I'm into did not have a vacuum so there could be some discrepancies in the manufacturing and or storing process. I did my first non vacuumed vial shot today so I'll let everyone know how it goes but so far so good. From what I understand non vacuumed vials just don't store for as long.
Good points. Regarding the Jin’s, Did you get them US domestic, through the remailer, or straight from China? Assuming you’re in the us. And how long it took, if there were any issues, etc. As far as product verification, you did this through a code checking website? been hoping to try jins for some time now. That’s annoying. I Never had that happen with (China) pharmaceutical GH. Have had it happen though with vials from peptide sciences. Definitely raised questions in my mind About the manufacturing process they were using. And sterility issues. If it’s not vacuum sealed that means air could get in, which means germs could get in right? Do different vials from within the same kit have a vacuum, or are all the ones you’ve used so far no vacuum?

Sounds to me like you may have 192aa. Notorious for causing welts like you are mentioning.
