Got an update from them. Since it's only two bottles they're unwilling to just ship those out but offered me a refund or to put them into the package of a future purchase....sadly my other order just shipped out yesterday so barely missed that.

I'll probably order in the future and I have no need for the extra Arimidex at the moment so I don't mind waiting until I buy something else from them.
Hope my order will be complete, had a combined order of oils and different stuff, communication seemed to be confusing regarding my order but I got an answer telling me it should be as I have ordered it.

Will also keep you guys posted on this.
 
Just made a quick edit to my original post, they're sending my missing stuff in another package. Customer service has been top notch for me.
 
Anyone use any of HYBs glps? Not doubting them at all even ordered some for family but have always ran a different vendors so was just looking for a chit chat
 
The people in charge of our warehouse have a lot of mistakes recently, and I have punished him severe punishment! Intersection Intersection If a stupid mistake occurs, I will let him get out of his way.

I made two orders pretty close together and the bottles are different sizes for the same compounds. The tabs are the same color (for superdrol, for example). However, one order of tabs is scored and one order of tabs is not.

When did this change happen moving away from scored tabs / what is the plan moving forward?

One of the big reason I loved you all for orals was tight variance testing and scored tabs. Now it appears this is new batch or at least new manufacturer, or something, due to the size difference of tabs + bottle + lack of scoring.

We use orals from different batches and production lines (different factories) because of the shortage of raw materials some time ago. We are currently correcting this and trying to get everything back in order.
But it is worth mentioning that we have dosage guarantees for both batches of products, so this is not a big problem. If the test results are not good, as we promised, we will reissue or refund for free and bear all the testing costs.

I'm in that situation. My order just arrived but something is missing from the order.
On the other hand, we agreed that you were going to delay the order until you had finasteride 5 mg, you agreed and sent it without the finas.
Shipping last 12 days from when it leaves the warehouse, perfect. The packaging without problems but the communication with your staff leaves a lot to be desired. I send you email

Well, I got my first package all my stuff was in there and package was received timely, communication was fantastic. Everything was very well packed and protected physically. I have not used anything yet, will update, otherwise very happy so far.

I do have one the bottle of mct oil masteron looks as tho there was a label that was scraped off the entire vial.
