Have you asked for tracking number from the sale person you ordered? Most of the time they forget to send

Recieved an mail yep, but the products in the mail response have not been the full order I placed - I hope just the person written that mail confused something there (weight of the package indicates that, because I highly doubt <15 vials weight more than 0.5kg).

But yea, I am still positive.

Will also provide a full feedback on all of their products to share with you guys.
