I see your point, but, I think it's largely blown out of proportion. Fundamentally, what's the difference between IGF-1 secreted endogenously (via HGH introduction) and IGF-1 injected via Increlex? IGF-1, in this instance, is apples to apples.
Not sure the introduction of HGH to stimulate the IGF-1 production in any way mitigates the risk for cancer growth.....? The only REAL difference I see is the amount of systemic IGF-1 as your body has a "cap" for production, even with exo. hGH added. This circumvents the "cap", so to speak. But, it should be no more "dangerous"....
I see this was already addressed. Trenbolone, testosterone, etc. also increase IGF-1 production.. So, if IGF-1 is what you're afraid of (and many are, with some good data to support it's "harm"), I would avoid PEDs in general friend.

Just got finished reading a very interested study on hgh and igf. The way I understood it was there several different studies that contradict themselves. Some say it does promote cancer when you have extra some say it does promote cancer when you don't have a Enough. Then there are studies that say the exact opposite.
The one study I just read said in mice they had double the IGF levels lived a 55% shorter life than the ones they had low IGF levels. But the study does note that this does not pertain to humans that there's no evidence. Still going to read some more quite interesting.

I know it’s very very appreciated by the community as it is pharm grade and well dosed, but I let more experienced users talk about that, I’m not informed enough.
I’m not for or against adding anything to your list.
But my question would be why not just stay with HGH products?
