Here is what we are going to do about the pen situation i am going to replace them. But since i cant find one person to ever have problems with them in 8-9 days shipping span i beleive from now on if these are ordered and you have any suspicion that you may have any problems with them i am going to need a video of you opening the pens. Because these would be very easy for someone to draw out and replace the liquid once the box is open

Does everyone think that is acceptable.

Recording the unboxing is best for everyone going forward. If items are missing or broken in transit. Or in this case degraded.

Yea i hate to do it but i dont see any other way this is just for the pens since the only seal is the box there are some shady people out there and it would be so easy to open a box take the hgh from the pen and replace it with something and say my pen was milky. It sucks we have to deal with possibilities of things like that because it makes more shit for everyone but the reality is thats the day we live in

Also as @hghpro seems to be doing the right thing here, If the new batch arrives with no issues - I’ll test GH serum and IGF1 on either the Russian Nords or Jin’s to help verify quality for everyone

Yes, moving forward I strongly recommend that video policy. And to 2nd what @coz said, if shit goes south don't immediately post the video online for everyone especially if it's an international order to avoid giving away stealth.

You can update everyone in the thread of your situation, but try and resolve it with the source first.

@hghpro to avoid this in the future period maybe only ship these items in cooler months like somebody mentioned or opt for a more expedited shipping method.

Have thought about that only thing is we have sent several orders of these to the deep south in usa and west coast usa a few 9 day shipping and a couple of 12 days and no other issues

There's no rhyme or reason to which carrier planes/freights/trucks the pack ends up on and how long it sits there. Proximity to mail sorting center and then how long it sits in a hot metal mail box. Too many variables there.

Unless you're shipping it on dry ice or something this problem will probably keep sporadically occurring.

Agree with this, some of the metal shipping containers they put them all together in can reach really high temps sitting waiting to be moved,

I mean these people have a system to get stuff from each point a to point b and for the most part that is the system used day in and day out sure things can get lost but for the most part for example something going from california to France gets there the same way everytime day in and day out

It hit 115 degrees here 2 weeks ago, I would hate to imagine the temp in a metal shipping container here... probably 140 or more. That would be enough to destroy anything sensitive. Today its 84 degrees... can't make this shit up.

If I am the mailman and I have the pens in my truck it's in the 100s and I go take a a lunch, my truck is going to hit the 110s while I'm in there.

I mean my car was 104 this morning.

Not going into details but he made things right and probably went over and above in my mind.

Tomorrow I find out about how inj of the pure's go... but I will say his customer service is on par. I hope the pure's live up to the talk.
