I'm from eastern europe. The last 10 years i live in UK .
Have been lifting for over 8 years, 6ft 2, 206lb.
I spend a lot of time on internet but recently just found this forum about couple week ago.
Can't believe that i didn't come to this forum before,it would save me a lot of money... (if you know what i mean
