Help needed with my workout program

I'm definitely building my booty and the work I've been putting in is definitely showing. Also, my shoulders are really coming along very nicely! It's a lot to do and I'm in the gym for about 2 hours on a fast day, but seeing the results to me makes it all worth it.

I liked your routine alot, i guess i might actually follow it for this cycle

I dont know but there are now more assholes on meso than ever before...in the few years Ive been on this board it has bery recently turned to shit.
Jaymaximus and several other guys are still around that will give good advice but Ive never seen so much bad advice and smart ass rude motherfuckers as on here lately.
Just had a guy in another section say he was deleting his account cuz some dumbass was fucking wirh him over a very basic post.....wtf people?
 
To OP, are you an advanced trainer? The reason I ask is 6 days per week for 2.5 hours a time seems a lot to me, especially if you are bulking right now.

I prefer 3 or 4 workouts per week max, either
chest/shoulders/tris
back/biceps
legs

as the three workouts with abs in each, or
back
chest/shoulders
legs
bis/tris

as a 4 workout split.

Focussing on compound lifts and building strength, with maybe 4 or 5 exercises per body part at most.
