Help Noob Analyze Blood Work

but if getting blood drawn was the solution, wouldn't the doc write a script so we didn't have to find a nurse to come by on our own and draw whatever amount of blood google says?

I just think its absurd to be honest. the juice isn't worth the squeeze. he can get his numbers down or get it done the right way.
That's if they have a doctor or insurance. Yes, the doctor is the smarter route. They would have to do a full workup on why the patient has erythrocytosis. You would need to tell them you are doing steroids.

How much do you think people donate at the blood bank.? Is a doctor running it and checking your blood on how much to remove?

Blood donation is 500ml...

Come on Man....

Yeah I just donate at Red cross and another local lab. Just mark no on steroid use. One girl asked me if I was on testosterone after I got off the scale. I said no... lol.....other girls make comments about my arms and veins. One bank here also lets trt patients drain once a month free with a DR note but I dont wanna go that route .

So, I've done once cycle of 300mg test which ended late June and I've been cruising after that on 175mg and only decided to do bloodwork now (I know I'm gonna get shit on for this but it is what it is.) So results came back today and a few things are out of range. Here they are (far right is reference range):

-Note: I did NOT stop training for a few days (as I've heard to do) before I got bloods, and I got bloods Wednesday morning and I drank quite a bit Saturday night/Sunday early morning so maybe that's why AST and ALT are elevated, I'm not sure. Not sure what's up with the thyroid which is most concerning. What do you guys think?

TSH:

TSH

HEMOGLOBIN17.9*H13.0-17.7 G/DL
HEMATOCRIT53.4*H37.5-51.0 %

Comp. Metabolic Panel :
BUN22*H6-20 MG/DL
AST (SGOT)79*H0-40 IU/L
ALT (SGPT)75*H0-44 IU/L

What do you guys recommend doing? Plan is to drop to 110mg test and redo (how long should I wait to retest?) Also I was about to start my second cycle (375mg test, 300mg npp) but now I'm worried that I'm gonna die. How long should I put this off for after the retest? pls help.
I had liver enzymes worse than yours and i too took bloods after training.
Then i stopped training for like 5 days and they fell into the high-normal range like 35.
And that was when i was natty.

So i just went back today to order more blood work for next week and now my blood pressure is high? The first time she took it it said 160/80 and then she did it again and it was 143/72. This makes no sense to me, when I was doing 175mg test a month ago it was 110/? . The only thing that has changed since then is that I dropped the dose to 150mg. Diet and everything else is the same. I had a list of questions so completely forgot to ask doc about this, anyone have any idea why my bp is high? Also, I was fasted when I got it checked last month, I was not today.

Why are you bringing this shit up again? You clearly do not know the limitations and parameters of going to redcross

why are you so sensitive about it forgot to take the AI? dude bumped the thread, I saw you replied to me and I didn't reply.

you can go every week, what are the limitations? you have to take a pen and check some boxes saying you don't nice, didn't get a recent tattoo, aren't a homo, don't have hep? thats quicker than what your suggesting. its just nonsensical to think anyone is going to have nurse friend come over and set that shit up

what percentage of humans do you think have done that, and AAS users? and why? would you tell your co workers you had a nurse over to let blood out of you in your home? its just preposterous IMO

I don't need an AI, we have been over this in another thread.

You can't go every week. You can only donate every 6 weeks. When you hit over 18.5 hgb you must get a prescription from a doctor. They assume that it may be a cancerous condition.

If you don't have insurance then that would be an issue to see a specialist. This is also why people go to trt clinics so they can get a script. Cash pay to a doctor and hematologist can be 800+ dollars

People would say using AAS is preposterous too.

I donated every 8 weeks, before I read about how dumb it is, it tanks guys ferretin and they feel like shit, long thread about it on an advanced board.

but on top of that, if someone has to donate more often than that, they are doing shit wrong and need to stop whatever they are doing not just put a bandaid on it. and if ferretin is tanking on people donating every 8 weeks, imagine as frequent as your suggesting they do

They should be eating enough meat and getting plenty of iron unless they are vegan scum.

you'd think, but lots of big meat heads ive seen on forums, they donate and then have low ferretin, feel like shit. I would donate every 8 weeks but once I started seeing that, stopped. my levels are fine without donating so no need to, was just doing it as. precaution but can be more harmful than helpful for some

UPDATE: About a month later I went back to test again and results are even worse now. Lowered trt dose a month ago, after first bloodwork, from 175mg to 150mg. I actually took 5 days off the gym this time unlike last time when I didn't take any days off before. I tried to drink as much water as I could. I'm lost at what to do. Please help.

You got a slow ass thyroid. Get it checked out. Donate blood asap

Did you donate blood yet? I hope you did not fast this time when you took the thyroid test
The local community blood center is giving me a few different options for donating blood: Whole Blood, Double Red Cells, Platelet Only, or Plasma Only. Which should I pick? Also how much should I donate and will they ask how much? And I tried to explain not being fasted for TSH to my doc but he still wanted me to come in fasted so I was fasted.

You're freaking out about high rbc and hematocrit, but do you have any idea where your total test levels are???? ? ...?

And yes, you are hypothyroid. Get it sorted, as a high tsh is associated with high cortisol and there really is no need for that. High blood pressure can also very easily be related to this as renin angiotensin aldosterone system is somewhat connected. But you could also just have high NE and high cortisol ...

Been going to the doctor for hypothyroid for about 7 years. You got to get that tested when you're not fasted. So you might as well just do that all by itself one day. If I were you I would do a double red. You don't want to do too many double Reds but you want to throw them in every now and then with your routine regular blood donations. Donate at least four times a year regular donations. And donate a couple of double Reds. When I first started this game I was like you in my hematocrit got that high but after learning how to control it I stay around 51. Before a blast you need to do a double red donation. Then at the end of the blast you need to do a regular blood donation. Then just do a mixture every two or three months or when they allow you to do them. I would start eating grapefruit or supplement with grapefruit seed extract it seems to be helping me. I try not to donate more than five times a year cuz you can lower a lot of things on your Labs but until you get it under control you might need to become a member at two separate Labs so you can do like a double red and wait like a month and then do a Power red.Don't tell them your on test....they won't know. I used two different blood Labs but now that I've got it under control I don't go to frequently though.

RBC lives for about 3 months, you wont see changes in a month after changing dose.

get a cystatin c to check your creatinine.

list all your current anabolics and ancillaries.

Some of the runners on here have commented hematocrit goes down if you do intense daily cardio. I believe this works because before my hernia surgery I rode my bike 15 miles a day for 30 days straight before my labs. My hematocrit was the lowest I've ever seen it LOL

Yeah, even test, primo and mast at 300 to 400 do not cause an increase whatsoever in my hemocrit. You probably have to run a lot to decrease it substantially though.
