HGH and Semaglutide

Anyone running both of these together? Is it a good idea? Bad idea? Any interactions to be aware of? Can I pin my gh in the mornings with semaglutide?

I’ve taken HGH and Semaglutide on the same day. I haven’t had to dose them at the same time, but I wouldn’t hesitate. Although I generally don’t like to mix my peptides up with the same syringe. Just a habit, since I don’t have to take many at the same exact time.

Also I’ll add a side note. I, get much better results with Semaglutide using twice per week dosing.
It feels like I get the same level of appetite reduction with 500-600mcg as I do when I pushed it up to 1mg. However regardless those doses always seem to wear off quicker than advertised for me. So I’m at about 500mcg every 3.5 days (twice per week).

I’ve even taken insulin and other peptides at the same time as using Semaglutide.

One thing I was initially worried about though: My Fasted Cardio IV Insulin fat loss and leg muscle preservation protocol..

-I do 1.5iu regular R human insulin Intravenously as soon as I’m about to hop on the elliptical or run during my morning fasted cardio. I was initially worried that being a glucagon like peptide, it may potentially inhibit the Glucagon dump I get from the IV insulin when my blood sugar drops. And I may get stuck in a low blood sugar state below 55ng/ml longer. However it doesn’t seem to be the case as I’ve done this like 8-9 times now since starting Semaglutide. I’m generally below 55ng/ml by 11 minutes in to cardio with a 155-160 HR and by minute 23-25 my sugar is comming up closer to the 70s again. ( sometimes much lower than 55 but nobody should follow this advise. You could die- like actually- it’s a terrible idea ). I won’t even think about injecting myself iv with insulin until I have my glucose tabs in my hand placed in my pocket/ soda/ some other hard candy without fat which is to be used in cases of emergencies where my sugar drops lower than I’m comfortable with and have experience with being functional at.
Long story short: the semaglutide being present didn’t change the dynamics measurably so in the way which my body responds to insulin and releases glucagon.

So If Semaglutide doesn’t fuck with this protocol mentioned above- I see it being ok to combine with most things we do.

Thanks for the detailed response. I don’t monitor my blood sugar as closely as that. I’ve never found a reason to. I’m going to try out the semaglutide for a few weeks and see what happens . I really am just doing it to experiment I’m not trying to lose 30 pounds. Do you find when your losing weight a lot of it is fat? I’m obviously on gh and at the very least 250mg of test cyp is this sufficient to keep from catabolizing muscle?

There is speculation of a strong synergy for recomp. Both have nutrient partitioning and anticatwbolic properties. Hgh decreases insulin sensitivity, and the other aids in glucose control.

I will be getting off of semaglutide in november and going on a lean bulk in December

How long you been on it? How many lbs you lose…do you feel like you lost some muscle?
