HGH Bloat Length - Read if you've taken HGH

This is my first time using gh and I'm on day 17. Started with 2iu at night and went up to 3iu 5 days ago. I'm definitely holding some water, most noticeable in my legs and ankles. I've been injecting sub-q in my abdomen mostly but I have tried IM in my delts. I did sub-q right delt the other day and notice a splotchy red mark where the bolus used to be. It didn't itch or anything so I went back to my sub-q abdomen shots. Today right around my injection sites (alternating left/right) is itchy and I have the same red splotchy marks as I did on my sub-q delt shot. I didn't notice any type of reactions in the very beginning and none with the IM delt injections.
I may have missed this but what kind of hgh do you have? What brand?

Are you using Hospira or other pharma grade bac water? Or is it something from Amazon or a ugl? I’ve seen the most complaints on this from people using non-pharma grade bac water.

If you experience carpel tunnel like symptoms, chances are the stuff is legit. Not scientific by any means but something to look for.

Someone is gonna chime in to say this is different with pharma vs UGL. Ime (both pharma and UGL), the sides are the same and primarily due to dose (within reason).

If the GH tested well and you're getting some CTS... that's what's supposed to happen at that dose. You're also experiencing the benefits of GH at that dose.

I'm on walmart hgh (QSC) so maybe my stuff is bunk. Some of you are on real designer gucci guc stuff. Too rich for my blood.

I started at 4IU a day (about a month ago) and have had zero sides except for 2 days early on when I was splitting my dose AM/PM. I became lazy and took a nap and skipped the gym twice those mornings. Bolus at bedtime, no issue.

I have zero bloat and I experience very little if any water retention related to gh. My diet is pretty controlled and sodium is low.

I had a cheat day and my face bloated up the next day and I put on 5+ pounds of water over the course of the next few days. So for me, bloat is directly tied to what I eat or QSC gh is just off.

My diet has only been meat, rice, oil, greek yogurt, and fruit for like 1.5 months. No veggies lol.

QSC hgh is literally the most tested GH on the internet rn.
Hey... I'm with you. I don't see an issue with it, but I also have nothing else to compare it to to be fair. I'm gonna keep running it.

But I wanted to fully disclose what my supplier was because it seems with the HGH crowd, the pharma vs generic debate is up for each individual to draw their own conclusion.

For me this is definitely high salt/sodium cheat meals. But it's the same for QSC and other generics (which are probably QSC), and pharma.

I like salty foods but when GH is in the mix, gotta limit the sodium and definitely no high salt cheat meals.

Some diuretics might help but I haven't crossed that line yet.

Yea I had a Chick Fila Sandwich and some of their waffle fries which both are loaded with sodium. I also had a chicken Cava bowl with a lentil and white rice base. I loaded it up with a lot of their other toppings and sauces as well.

Bloated for a couple days. Back to my normal diet and the water weight is off.

I keep my sodium intake low anyways. I'm on 10mg of lisinopril which keeps my blood pressure well managed at the moment.

GH may be giving me reasons to live an even healthier lifestyle.

It's gotta be a money issue.

Some people buy $5 coffees every day. Some people buy $5/lb and make it at home (10x cheaper). If that difference is meaningless to you, a GH budget of $10/d basically the same as $1/d.

So why not use flashy pens? Guys waste their money on stupider shit.

I didn't buy a sports car, but I bought a bunch of pharma GH pens. And they were great. Same as UGL.

*Edit. I didn't actually edit but man that's kinda sad.

Is that your only BP med? It worked for me but sides were intolerable so doc switched me to the other class, candesartan. Had to up dose to 32 mg.

Nebivolol monotherapy was effective but dose timing was a pain.

8 mg candesartan + 5 mg nebivolol is working well for me (plus all the other shit we talked about: diet, cardio, sleep/stress management etc)

I guess we all have something we have to have. There are certainly things I own that from a utility perspective serve no purpose but to appease me or to show "status". I could definitely have bought a less expensive version or have gone without altogether. However, most of these things are not consumable items.

This GH is gonna disappear. Only I'm gonna use it. I can't show it off and impress anyone with it. And a more expensive version does not impress me and the branding doesn't matter to me at this point in my journey. I'm just looking at testing.

To each their own.

Yes. I only take lisinopril. When I first started taking it I had a side effect of random coughing at times. That issue went away in a couple months a most.

I’m experiencing this right now (not on GH, just test and deca). I eat super clean, but I’ve noticed if I eat too much salad and veggies, I bloat up like crazy. Feel it in my wrists, fingers, waist. Don’t know if it’s the combination of drugs and lots of water and fiber? Diet definitely is a contributing factor fo sho.
i produce so much aldosteron on deca.. i bloat from that stuff also high BP.. 80mg Telmisartan fixed my aldosteron and bp instant..

Been on GH about a month. At 6iu ed. Loving the look in the mirror and only have some minor water retention.

I find that the water retention is mostly diet based. If I keep the carbs and sodium relatively low, very little water retention. If I do a high carb day, the sodium is high, and/or the diet isn't isnt clean, it's definitely noticeable in the mirror the next day.

I think most of the water retention can be negated with diet/cardio though.

Can any experienced members share some input on this?
Wouldn't worry about it too much, I would say this is pretty common. Either having some type of reaction to the GH, or the BAC water you used to reconstitute it

I have no idea what aldosteron is lol

My BP, and really all my bloods, are solid. Totally agree with people on this thread that we don’t look close enough at our diets when considering the bloat. My AAS use is giving me a reason to get even better at nutrition.
