HGH Bloat Length - Read if you've taken HGH

I had some bloat and other sides upon starting my first push up to 16ius, but after dropping it completely, all sides diminished within a week.

When I got back on, I implemented some dietary changes to mitigate sides, like consuming electrolytes fasted in the AM and again intra-workout, and eating with a more "Vertical Diet" approach.

Since then, no sides, no matter the dose.

Water and electrolyte intake, frequent LISS cardio, and eating clean might help bring it down quicker. Telmisartan, varying vitamin and mineral supplementation depending your needs could help too.

I had bad sausage fingers and nerve pain in my wrists at 6 iu/day and had to stop after being on for 11 months. Sausage fingers went away after 4-5 days but the nerve pain took about 4-6 weeks to subside.

Is that your only BP med? It worked for me but sides were intolerable so doc switched me to the other class, candesartan. Had to up dose to 32 mg.

Nebivolol monotherapy was effective but dose timing was a pain.

8 mg candesartan + 5 mg nebivolol is working well for me (plus all the other shit we talked about: diet, cardio, sleep/stress management etc)
which benefits did you notice from the nebivolol besides lowering of RHR? and did you encounter any sides?

For me this is definitely high salt/sodium cheat meals. But it's the same for QSC and other generics (which are probably QSC), and pharma.

I like salty foods but when GH is in the mix, gotta limit the sodium and definitely no high salt cheat meals.

Some diuretics might help but I haven't crossed that line yet.
For me, its sugar!!! Bloat up like a sausage ready to pop in the pan!

I love salt as well, have it on everything, but no major bloat from it for me. Everyone's different it seems what sets off the HGH bloat,

I'm on walmart hgh (QSC) so maybe my stuff is bunk. Some of you are on real designer gucci guc stuff. Too rich for my blood.

I started at 4IU a day (about a month ago) and have had zero sides except for 2 days early on when I was splitting my dose AM/PM. I became lazy and took a nap and skipped the gym twice those mornings. Bolus at bedtime, no issue.

I have zero bloat and I experience very little if any water retention related to gh. My diet is pretty controlled and sodium is low.

I had a cheat day and my face bloated up the next day and I put on 5+ pounds of water over the course of the next few days. So for me, bloat is directly tied to what I eat or QSC gh is just off.

My diet has only been meat, rice, oil, greek yogurt, and fruit for like 1.5 months. No veggies lol.

This water weight from bad eating is due to running gear, not HGH. Same thing happens to me now even on trt doses without even running hgh. I never had the problem before getting on gear

For you, maybe. Not discounting your personal experience or ability to recall what happened accurately. Maybe different for others.

I got some mad bloat when I increased from 12iu to 14iu, had zero issues until then which seemed odd. Looked at my diet around the same time and it was a period where I lost the taste to keep eating a rice dish I was using and id started skipping meals and eating shit.

Been experimenting with it over the last 2 weeks and I'm now 100% sure that the sides I've been getting (water retention, numb hands/feet, pain in hands, lack of grip strength) is directly tied to eating sweet foods (sugar, sweeteners??) and dairy (The dairy though might not be, it just happens to be in a lot of the sweet shit I've been eating).

Cut the shit food out and got back to eating CLEAN.... All the sides are gone in 3 to 4 days. I've done this 2wks in a row now to test it, worked the same both times.

I really think the side effects that people experience from HGH are directly tied to the types of foods being eaten. Eat enough of a clean diet and I'm pretty convinced a lot of side effects for HGH will settle down and allow increased dosages for some people.
I think this depends on dimer content, but I could be wrong and it’s probably bro science.

High dimer growth + salty food = swollen af
Growth + salty food = swollen af

Maybe it’s just salty food.

I haven't tried high dimer GH but can confirm feelz report after high salt meals when running GH.

Are you using Hospira or other pharma grade bac water? Or is it something from Amazon or a ugl? I’ve seen the most complaints on this from people using non-pharma grade bac water.
Thought I'd post a follow up. I've switched my bac to some that I found in my fridge. It's about 3months old but it's bac so take that for what it is. Ive used the found bac with the same gh kit and I still got the same reaction sub-q. I don't notice a reaction IM.

Jesus fucking God damn Christ.... when in the fuck does water retention from gh go away. The highest I went was 6iu started at 2 and worked my way up. The one time I did 6iu it was 2iu am and 4iu pm. It been 3 fuxking days and my fat fucking ankles are not going down. Honestly seem to be getting worse. Diet is clean low sodium even cutting way down on carbs. Pounding the water. Supplementing with potassium amd started Xpel 2 days ago. What in the god damn fuck? f Jesus fucking christ

Whoa, let's calm down here a little bit...

Where did you get your growth from?

I ran 1 kit AL black tops. Noticed minimal water retention then switched to Qs 24iu with 1.6cc in the vial. Would pull to the "10" on a 1ml syringe,,2iu. Stopped after 3 doses as water retention got worse. It's been 3 days of no gh amd no signs of it getting better.

I see your update.

What is Qs? Is that QSC 24iu? I think it is, so that's 8 mg per vial, roughly.

What is 1.6cc of bacteriostatic water in the vial? 1.6mL, right? If so, a "10" on a 1ml syringe is not 2iu, it's 500mcg, or 1.5iu, which means it isn't going to do shit for you. That's less than replacement values.

You essentially didn't inject shit. What kind of bacteriostatic water are you running? Hospira, or something else? I only use Hospira. Show us a breakdown of the listed chemicals on your bacteriostatic water.

What kind of needles are you using? What gauge?

Are you injecting subcutaneously through the stomach? If not, I would inject there with 31 gauge needles.

If you want to try 3iu, run 1mL of bacteriostatic water -> reconstitute by injecting the water -> shake HGH vial like a mofo -> refrigerate -> inject only 12.5 on the slin pin.

ALSO, are you eating heavy salt content foods, like Ramen noodles, etc?
