Yes, I’ve seen it faked. It’s mostly shit designed to look like Hospira but not marketed as Hospira. I’m not up to date on sources because I bought enough for years.Does anyone know if hospira bac water is faked?
Interesting. I wonder if this is why hgh destroys my sleep so seriously.6IU is really high dose physiologically. If you were already slightly hypothyroid then the GH is going to exacerbate your issues. Water retention from a dose such as 2IU every day is most likely a symptom of hypothyroidism. Your metabolism is slowing down and you hold more extracellular water because of that.
I've seen reports that GH can downregulate T4 production, so some people supplement exogenous t4 with higher doses of GH. It does seem to upregulate T3 though, based on the study below, so I'm not sure how that nets out on overall thyroid function as a wholeIs this info legitamate? Can anyone else comment?
I have zero water retention that I can see or feel, but I am worried about the increase in rhr and decrease in hrv that I experience on it. Debating cutting it because of that as well. Also debating m w f dosing to see if it evens anything out. I love everything about it except the heart rate bs.I just cut hgh out I don’t think the benefits for me personally are worth the increase in resting heart rate and water retention
What is your rhr? Mine is 69-75 on 4 ius taken at night but thats my rangeI have zero water retention that I can see or feel, but I am worried about the increase in rhr and decrease in hrv that I experience on it. It’s 83 average right now but normal for me is mid 60s. It happened super quick, about a month after starting gh again. It happened on my last gh cycle as well and bounced back super quick. Unsure what to think about it. Currently on 4iu but was doing 5iu till last week. Was seeing it edging the dose down made me sleep better and lowered my rhr. What is your rhr? Mine tracks an average I can see over time. Over the last year I can track my hrv go down and up directly lined up with my use of gh. It also seems not to matter what dose I’m on. I can also see it bounces back in about a month. I wonder if I should get my t3/t4 tested?I guess my range today according to apple watch its from 58-111 i never really looked at it as far as a daily fluctuation i just look at my rhr 5-6 times a day with the highest i see being 75
i was seriously thinking the same thing to get thyroid testedMine tracks an average I can see over time. Over the last year I can track my hrv go down and up directly lined up with my use of gh. This makes me want to double down on Type-IIX’s idea that gh is best used in cycles not 24/7/365, at least for someone seeing strain on their cardio system like me.
Would be great data honestlyi was seriously thinking the same thing to get thyroid tested
Yeah, a good mate of mine jumped on QSC 10iu blue tops, same batch as I had been running for months with zero issues at much higher doses. He got to 4iu and had crippling carpel tunnel! Some people seem to be hyper-negative responders to GH for whatever reason.
I jumped from 4iu to 6iu pretty quickly with minimal water retention. Other people take 4iu and they get edema, and their ankles swell up.
There has to be some genetic component to it. Doubt the difference is something as simple as dimer (although dimer obviously can contribute to side effects)
You using generics? Switch to pharma and I bet you won't have this problem.I just cut hgh out I don’t think the benefits for me personally are worth the increase in resting heart rate and water retention
Stop using generics and it will more than likely solve your problem. Get a kit of Pharma GH and compare to the generic you're using, I bet your water retention will be gone, or at the least greatly diminished. Everyone is different of course, but I can jump right on 6iu of Serostim and have very little to no water retention and that is with a not so clean diet.Jesus fucking God damn Christ.... when in the fuck does water retention from gh go away. The highest I went was 6iu started at 2 and worked my way up. The one time I did 6iu it was 2iu am and 4iu pm. It been 3 fuxking days and my fat fucking ankles are not going down. Honestly seem to be getting worse. Diet is clean low sodium even cutting way down on carbs. Pounding the water. Supplementing with potassium amd started Xpel 2 days ago. What in the god damn fuck? f Jesus fucking christ
I have also noticed this, what is the cause?Stop using generics and it will more than likely solve your problem. what bodyfat are you at. I am wondering if this is the case for some who bloat more. I have a friend who is on K4L and at 4 iu his ankles are huge. He carries a little more bodyfat, i would say he is near 18%As you said, everyone is different. I've bounced between pharma and UGL a lot, 10-12 IU/d, and I must be one of the lucky ones. No big diff in CTS/edema between pharma and UGL (given same doses*)
*that part's important. What's your shit testing at? [rhetorical]
