100%. Interestingly, I score slightly higher on generic than the pharma Omnitrope I took for years, leading to extreme buyers remorse! This is probably due to the generics being just as good and slightly overdosed but who knows.Everybody’s different and reacts differently. As long as he’s taking decent quality HGH he’d have the same reaction regardless of brand.

For some yes for others they need to intervene. It’s very individual based on diet, body weight/fat, if on aas, etc.If i stay long enough on a dose, will the bloat get less?
Yes, what he said. And typically, the more GH, the more bloat but at what dose is individual. For some yes for others they need to intervene. It’s very individual based on diet, body weight/fat, if on aas, etc.

I've been taking HGH for over 2 months, and I stopped again 4 days ago, and my bloating symptoms are still lurking. Anyone who has taken HGH, how long did it take for your face and body to return 100% to normal? I heard it can take weeks, just wanted hear your experiences. Thanks!
These are fairly common symptoms when using GH, user dependant.Been experimenting with it over the last 2 weeks and I'm now 100% sure that the sides I've been getting (water retention, numb hands/feet, pain in hands, lack of grip strength) is directly tied to eating sweet foods (sugar, sweeteners??) and dairy (The dairy though might not be, it just happens to be in a lot of the sweet shit I've been eating).
I have been using dandelion root at each meal, I feel it helps a little. Some diuretics might help but I haven't crossed that line yet.
how much dandelion root per meal?I have been using dandelion root at each meal, I feel it helps a little.
My experience is similar. When I added more cardio and drank a gallon of water a day bloat was gone. I might have just been adjusting to the drug I suppose.imo cardio and proper water intake are really the big players as far as "bloat" goes for me
You are a moron. There, now you’ve seen a real man insult a troll of a man. Get back under your bridge rubbing TNE cream on yourself you fucking loser.Have you ever seen a real man insult anyone ?
I mean a man, someone who is calm, collected, successfull, self-assured, knows he can handle himself in every situation, with thick hairy wrists acquired through hard labor since a young age, who respects women and don't yell at them (you know what I'm talking about ).
do you take it spaced through the day? I have been only taking 2 grams at night with my GH dose.i've also been taking dandelion root @5 g daily but i noticed the biggest improvement was from cardio and increase in water intake as i suffered from edema(bloat) in the beginning of my hgh journey but now everything is ok smooth sailing for last 8 months
i take all 5 g at once usually midday with my Ag1 drinkdo you take it spaced through the day? I have been only taking 2 grams at night with my GH dose.
Same bro even at 1iu it’s water worksI just cut hgh out I don’t think the benefits for me personally are worth the increase in resting heart rate and water retention
