HGH dose

So I was wondering what a good dose would be to build muscle? I’m in my late 20s and will be starting to run cycles so I was wondering how many IUs a day I should do? Also if you just have experience with it I would love to hear your results/thoughts!

For actual real world honest doses..

I would say,
4iu is enough for keeping a slight sculpt to the physique aslong as diet and training are in check nothing special..

6iu will have you holder slightly more lean muscle than the average gym goer and hold an easy 6 pack, think fitness magazine physique..

8-10iu will keep you very lean with decent amount of lean muscle good length of time on this dose would start small mutation in the physique, higher doses of Testosterone can be used and water is not so much of an issue..

15iu+ with the use of insulin(as it will be needed at this dose) will cause total mutation even with moderate AAS doses, great diet and good gym regime..


HGH is a long term drug IME run atleast 6iu for 6 months and you will be happy with what you have in the mirror when water drops..

Start at 2iu daily and work up maybe an iu every 3-4 days.. Spend time at 4iu see how you react then spend time at 6iu you will get a good picture of what you need to pull off a certain look.. Any water you hold will usually drop 2-3 months into use depending on Testosterone and other doses of course..

How much have you been running and for how long?
Do you split the dose, or a single one?

Hey iris thanks it's good to be back..

I tried HGH first years ago playing between 4-15iu a day of the old Hygetropin brand.. I got carpal tunnel but nothing else..

After my knee surgery June 2023 I have been running between 4-8iu finding 6iu was a great look for myself and money wise I stay there for now.. Had a couple of weeks hitting 12iu daily but not long enough to see any real results..

Anything upto 6iu I use before bed, if I was to add anymore it would be pre workout IM shot 2iu+..

My numbers are based on my own experience and other cases where evidence is actually present..

If that's the case then 1 vial is equal to 11 iu, if you add 1 ml of bac water then each 0.1ml or 10 units on a slin pin is equal to 1.1 iu

Adding 0.5ml of bac water would make each 0.1ml or 10 units equal to 2.2 iu

Staying on topic I run 6 iu gh a day which I'm very happy with so far and it's still very affordable for running it long term.

I have a quick question: How long do you typically stay at higher doses before noticing any significant changes or improvements?

For example, if I were using 6 IU for a few months and then increased to 8 IU, how long do you think it would take at that higher dosage to see any noticeable effects? I understand that everyone’s experience can vary, but I would really appreciate any insights from your personal experience.

I hope my question makes sense; it sounded clearer in my head, but I struggled to articulate it while writing. Thanks!

hGH is a long game. You might get some quick effects on muscle fullness, but fat loss takes a while. Like the equivalent of running a deficit of a couple hundred kcals/d (no refs, just a guess).
