HGH Dosing Time

Trying to gauge how full of it you are vs telling truth? So you pin 2 iu all day? Do you bring syringes with you non stop?
I preload 5iu into a syringe when I wake up. I spend pretty much all day at home unless im training or lifting. So I set a timer on my phone every hour and a half to go pin I normally pin half an iu every time. If im not home all day ill pin whatevers left before bed.

Diet recommendations on what to eat and not eat?
Lean meat, rice, fruit, green vegetables

Never ever eat fast food or processed foods
If you want to look and feel like an average American Walmart shopper then eat like them
If you want to look and feel like a bodybuilder then you must eat a bodybuilding diet
Drugs and HgH will not make up for a shit diet. Taking gear and HGh with a shit diet will produce side effects and shit results.
Hope that helps

Me personally I only eat chicken breast, rice, egg whites, fruit, green vegetables, supplement EFA’s
Intra workout meal is EAS and Cyclic Dextrin paired with HLog insulin
I never have a “cheat” meal
I never eat an item not listed above

I was like that for a period of half year and then i had some mental breakdown that lead me to binge eating and gain 100 pounds of fat. Definitely not a good advise for the average or even above average gymbros who want to maintain a good physique a good health, physically and mentally.

You can cut some slack and out of the 35-40 meals per week have just one cheat with some burger and fries or whatever everyone craves. For me eating 24/7/365 everything 100% clean is like having sex without finishin lol.

No offence, if you like to do it then keep doing it, i'm just saying this is not the only way or the most optimal for everyone.

I agree with you completely

I gave my advice and then simply shared what I do at the end. That part you quoted was just me sharing not giving advice
What I’d do works for me because I have unbreakable self-discipline when I decide to do something. It’s not normal or healthy by any means. Zero balance, everything else suffers. But that’s me.

My advice was to eat lean meat, rice, fruits and vegetables and to not eat fast food or processed food
Solid advice because I’m not wrong lol

Gotcha, but the guy asked for recommendations and i thought this was yours. Anyways, i don't judge ofc, this requires an immense self control and discipline. Doing it short term it's eazy peazy but in the long run for most people starts to affect them, you can't have a dinner outside of your house, you'll avoid social meetings that require food or you just have to be a weirdo that orders nothing and gets to the parking lot to eat in the tupperware. I've been there and as i'm saying anything is doable short term, like the last 10 weeks of a prep or something.

I've lost serious friendships because of that and it's not that they had problem with me i just didn't want to be EVERY saturday night in the dinner table where we used to hang out in different restaurants and not able to eat with them.

Well yeah, definitely solid advise. It's what most of us do, just with a free meal a week.

Yes completely understand what you’re saying and I find my self in that situation often. The eating nothing and eating from Tupperware in a cooler before or after. Definitely doesn’t help social status and it’s not socially healthy, for most.
Most can’t continue this long term because it would be more than just difficult for them it would also compromise their social and sometimes business relationships.

What would you recommend for people that are having glucose issues while on HGh due to a poor diet?

Haven't really dived into HGH yet tbh. Even for myself i wanted to first lean out a bit more and then jump on it. So, bodyfat and diet must be prioritized. Some guys jump into HGH or bump the dose without assessing first blood glucose and insulin sensitivity. Then they thing by adding insulin they're g2g..it's nuts haha!

There's no meaning to even speak about berberine metformin or other GDA's if someone doesn't fix the issue from the root, which as you already said is the clean diet.

From my understanding though, bolus at night it's the best way for a lesser impact on BG. Doing multiple shots per day you must be very precise with timing it, which is very hard to do if you eat 5-6 meals a day. Even with IM administration which is faster than sc.

Ive toyed with different dose protocols with hgh and it all boils down to three things for me personally, water, diet, cardio in that order and take the berberine and my bg is in check ,,,,, but it does fluctuate

Yes you are correct with a that and you have the right mindset. Clean diet is definitely key above all and the other things won’t fix a poor diet.
Getting lean first and then using HGH is ideal. HGH will definitely lean you out if your diet is in order but insulin sensitivity first is key.
I personally am using 10 IU bolus dose at bedtime with no issues and excellent results.
I had taken a break from HGH because I ran it for a long time straight and thought a break might be needed but I’m pretty sure I was wrong lol.
The whole not injecting with meals is more to do with natural production and when using a larger amount of exogenous HGH it doesn’t matter if you inject around meals or not. The theory that it matters is old information.
I do think bolus at night avoids some of the fatigue issues during the day that some experience
I alway inject everything IM, even insulin
I’m not with the subQ crew
Roman Fritz injects HGH and insulin IV so I think IM is just fine lol
HGH at an effective does is a game changer
For others reading this remember 2 IU is a replacement dose for a middle aged man. Why shut down the HGH you’re already producing to inject the same amount. That’s dumb. 5 IU or higher or don’t do it. I love reading people that inject 2 IU and claim fat loss and better skin and all that lol. Your body was already making 2 IU a day. It’s placebo.

"5 IU or higher or don’t do it" please.. again no.

Well I digress. If your body doesn’t make HGH on its own for some reason and you need to replace what your body should be making then 2-3 Iu’s is okay
Injecting 2 IU if you are perfectly healthy and functioning as you should makes about as much sense as an 18 year old shutting himself down to inject 70 mg of Test. It’s pointless
