HgH for 40 plus

Yeah I’ve been consistently on 2iu daily of HGH for about 4 months now and haven’t noticed any grays reversing [emoji22]
Just sharing my experience. I have no reason to come on a forum like this and lie about it. After three boxes of Serostim when I cut my own hair it went from 3/4 gray to 3/4 brown/blonde. There's still some gray and my beard continues to grow largely gray.

You're right. You need to read Dr. Fahy's results directly or, see his video on the subject in order to confirm the reversal of gray hair. I apologize I couldn't find it fast enough to add into my initial response. Here it is:

I followed Fahy's protocol by also taking 500mg metformin and 30(?)mg DHEA every day for three months as well. I've since stopped metformin. Just can't handle the heartburn/indigestion no matter how much I try to build up a tolerance. Not sure which had the most impact but I suspect in my case, the gh.

Yeah I wasn’t calling ya a liar either. Just sharing it didn’t do that for me [emoji123]

I’m 50 this year and I’ve done either generic or Pharma for 3 years and it’s most for sure a game changer for me. I take 3 in am and 3 pm . I started metformin years before that not because of sugar issues but because of what metformin does. I did a lot of research and I work as a nurse and and see what it can do.Those 2 in combination are amazing . I have younger children with second marriage and life is great. My IGF has come back any where from 385 to the highest being on Pharma 548. I feel better now in my 50’s then I did in my 30’s eating right staying away from all sugars that I can. That’s my 2 cents is it an expensive habit yeah but what would you pay not to live longer but to really LIVE longer. Not being pushed around by your kids in a fucking wheelchair .

How much metformin do you take daily?

Besides the gray hair reversal for me; again - it could have been the metformin or the dhea or a combination per Dr. Fahy's protocol, the only thing gh has done for me is help me recover.

I'm now in my 50's. I used to do quasi body building in my 20's and benched 400 (2 xs) weighing 130lbs. Today. even 15 minutes of hard lifting has my shoulders aching and all my joints in total pain. I stopped gh last month for 3 weeks and have been in total pain ever since. gh DEFINTIELY helps relieve that pain and makes recovery expeditious.

If you inject it into an area where pain exists, it's gone aagin, for me, within a day or two.

Are you on trt? If so perhaps consider adding 100mgs/week of deca to help with joints.

No swollen ankles on 6 iu a day of pharma or UGL growth hormone? what brands do you run?

I am on HGH for years now, people complicate shit too much. If i don't abuse something ofc it can only benefit u,drink one aspirin it will cure headache, take 10 at once and u are fckd.
I prefer to use 4-10iu HGH max and EOD method, that way i stay insulin sensitive, Blood sugar was never high in my life, never had high bp...now i eat 600g carbs medium days,1200c high days and 200 low days only one per week.
I
@MuscleFreak When you say use 4iu and the EOD method do you do 4iu EOD or 8iu EOD to equal out to 4iu/day?

Taper down is best, but most just hop off. I myself am starting to think hgh is just not worth the cost and possible risk to long term health.

Imho the REAL fountain of youth is low dose aas, clean eating/living and daily cardio/training.

I wanna be like Albert Beckles, that mofo is 90 fucking years old lol:oops::)
my English is bad! what does “taper down” mean and what do you mean by low dose “aas”?

Depending on the insulin you're using will decide when you need to check blood sugar levels. If you're using lantus I'd check levels in the am after waking up (fasted) minimum.
If you're using a fast acting insulin like novalog I'd check levels before a carb meal so you know where you're at and are able to calculate your dose. Then check again 1 1/2 -2 hours after eating to make sure you aren't crashing ( below 55). Then I'd check again another 2 hrs later.

You don't want to fuck with fast acting insulin and not know your levels. For diabetics or people with high insulin resistance due to high hgh use Being high is bad. But if you aren't something like well over 400 it's not going to kill you, but you better inject some more novalog.

If you miscalculated your dose to carb ratio and you start dropping below 75 I'd eat a little carbs. If you're at 55 I'd absolutely start eating some fast acting carbs like glucose tabs (which you should always have on hand). Keep glucose tabs on you at all times or at least candy in your pocket. Chewy candy with glucose as the first ingredient is a good alternative. Extreme lows will most definitely do its best to kill you.

If you're gonna play with fast acting insulin you better take it seriously! If you start sweating excessively, start shaking, foggy brain...better test sugar levels immediately. Fuck I'd immediately take a few glucose tabs, but I'm diabetic so I'm not chancing shit.
