HgH for 40 plus

Then check again 1 1/2 -2 hours after eating to make sure you aren't crashing ( below 55).

These are all good tips. This one stuck out to me.

The first time you go <55, you don't need a glucometer to explain why you're sweating bullets and your hands are shaking while sitting on the couch in air conditioning.

Eat some carbs and reconsider your approach to using this drug.

Hypoglycemia unawareness is real and no bueno for brain health. Neuroglycopenia or something.

Best thing my first trainer did with me when I added insulin was sit me down, get me to take a shot and then not eat while he sat with me with a bag of jellybeans. Went through the side effects of hypo in a safe controlled environment and I've never been caught by surprise since.

so I read through this thread, I got 240ius on the way.
I'm not looking to turn my 2 gray pubes black, I just want some skin texture benefits and possibly some healing effects for my cranky ass right shoulder.

will 4ius produce said benefits? I'd like to use the lowest dose possible to obtain some results, and possibly cruise at this dose for years. I'm 52 ftr.
thanks gents

4iu at your age will likely promote some very very nice skin texture benefits. I’m in my late 30s and it was magic for my skin at 4iu. I’d expect improvement in recovery, sleep, muscle fullness, and other areas as well.

oh great! exactly what I wanted to hear. thanks man

is the dosage reasonable to cruise on long term (4iu ED)?

is there a good website, post, or pdf that someone can link me to that might answer questions about sides or other faq, so I don't have to bother everyone when something pops in my head? lol

Over 50 watch the blood pressure (don't ask me how I know)

Also, try some lower doses. Start with 1 iu and after a few days increase it to 2 iu.

Then see how things go.

Being older, low doses make bigger changes than they would if you were younger.

19-20 year olds have higher levels of growth hormone than 52 year olds.

Take a look at that chart. You can see why a 20 year old might be underwhelmed by injecting 2 iu daily but a guy over 50 might find it changing everything.

I remember using 3 iu and finding that I could gain weight and get leaner at the same time, something that had not happened since my first cycle.

Try the lower doses and see what you think. It's not like you can't go up to 3 iu and 4 iu and even higher if you are underwhelmed by the lower doses.

Plus, lots of folks report less unpleasant side effects by starting low and working the dose up over time.

great advice sir, I'll do just that. thank you

hell, if I can get away with 2ius ED and still reap the benefits, that'd be gravy. not to mention easier on the wallet.

Spectacular post.

I strongly recommend titrating up slowly. Some ppl seem to think it’s pussy stuff doing it like that, but I didn’t want sides and successfully avoided them all the way up to 5iu by going super slow. I stick with 4iu these days. I love the stuff.

I ran HGH for nearly 2yrs straight; 2-4iu mostly before bed or first thing in the AM before fasted cardio. TRT and a sprinkle of either Lantus or Levemir a couple times a week.

Started getting very lethargic and brain fog, so I tapered back to a 5-on/ 2-off dosing of just 2iu, then just dropped it gradually.

Kept me lean, vascular, would wake up dry and detailed (kept notes for prep next year!).

I'm type 2 diabetic so I tend to keep my fasted glucose down either with meds or supps, easy on the Metformin as my IGF-1 levels tank on it..
