I've done a little bit of reading on this, and I know HGH is a huge controversy out there in the real world, but with a pro foot ball player taking HGH for a neck injury it peaked my curiosity. What's your guys opinions on this?? For me, it would be used in my shoulder. I was diagnosed with MDI (multi directional instability) about 3 years ago, and about a year and a half after that I finally got the operation due to some horrible pain, when my trusty surgeon began the operation he found a good deal of bursitis, a torn labrum, and a torn rotator cuff. Both tears through and through. A 45 minute operation turned into almost 3 hours of repair, and the end of the I now have 8 anchors lodged into my labrum with medical rope in the head of my humorous holding it snugly into my shoulder, and repaired labrum and rotator cuff. Recently with my Collegiate swimming, and a handfull of exercises primarily bench press bothering my shoulder (this is not a recent bother, and I'm about 17 months post surgery with what's considered a full recovery)I was wondering about the healing powers of HGH in the shoulder. Thanks for weighing in on this guy's, I'm going to keep reading about it to see if it's even logical.

I am dealing with a torn supraspinatus in my shoulder. About 2" long. I'm taking 5iu gh a day split. I know Brutus and Doctor Jim had some good insight on it that they provided me with. If I remember when I get my ultrasound I'll let you know how it went

Along with the gh I did a couple prp injections. If you have that available it is also a good healing procedure

Wow, didn't even consider prp, unfortunately I don't have access to that unless I went through a doctor. If your HGH use, 5iu's, is that doctor prescribed or self prescribed?

Not doc prescribed. It's generic hgh so figured if I'm going to do it it may as well be a higher dose

Prp if you can get t works well man. For the injury you got I'd suggest you look into it. Got nothing to lose at this point anyways right
