I'm one of those guys cursed with a slow metabolism. I've been training and tracking my calories for 30 years, so I know what I'm doing, so no I'm not tracking my calories wrong. But historically, any time I ate above 2200 calories a day I gain fat. It didn't matter how active I am or how much I lift, my metabolism is just slow. I was a former chubby kid who was overweight despite eating less food than all my skinny friends.

In the fall of last year I finished a cut. I was down to 1500 calories a day and the scale didn't move for a month, so I decided to do a lean bulk and added HGH (started at 2IUs a day and titrated up to 4).

Started at 1800 calories, scale didn't move. 2000, same thing. 2200, 2500, 2700 - same thing. I am now eating 3000 calories a day and my weight isn't increasing. Literally eating double the calories I was when my cut ended.

Yes I know I just need to eat more and that's not the point. The point is that for 30 years I would basically gain fat if I smelled food, but after adding HGH my metabolism has been working in overdrive. I love this shit.

I think despite the scale not moving I've actually recomped quite a bit because my abs and legs look noticeably leaner than when I started.
