HGH Timing Avoid Meals or Just Carbs?

I recently started HGH and am trying to get the best results from a fat loss/recomp standpoint. I started with a ramp-up protocol and that I found on UG that targets using it during highest cortisol levels (first thing in the morning, early afternoon.) After further research on this board and reading Type IIx's thread, I realized I may be making a huge mistake for fat loss and insulin sensitivity. I now realize I must take it away from a meal and that the subcutaneous absorbtion peak is around 2-3 hours. I am currently on 4 ui's/day, might ramp up to 6. Coming to the middle/end of a Test, Primo, Very Low Tren in which I will then cruise.

My question is, do I have to avoid all foods to maximize this lipid effect or is it just carbs/insulin spiking foods. While cutting I want to hold onto as much muscle as possible so right now I have protein first thing in the morning and last thing at night, split in 7 meals. To make best use of this do I now need to avoid ALL food (no eating until 4 hours after waking up and 2 hours before bed?) Or can I just essentially intermittent fast my carb intake? Better to take all 4iu at night?

My current theory/plan is:
2 IU's
7 am protein only
9:30 am protein/fats only
Noon Carbs/protein
2 Carbs/protein
4 Carbs protein
5:30 W/O
8 Cars Protein
10 PM, protein and 2 IU's

Do you think this is a good protocol or should I fast all food until ~11 and cut my last protein meal? Would a better idea be to take all 4 IU's at nights?

Not worried about sleep, I take meds. Not waking up at 3 to take a shot. Not doing morning cardio.

Your circadian rhythm is release while asleep and upon waking. Obviously you have the other function of release when your blood sugar is low through out the day as well. I do 4iu before bed then 1iu upon waking. Good results
