This source does not understand what domestic shipping means. While he claims to ship domestically from within the EU, shipments actually come from Turkey.

We don't tell anyone that we send domestic. or we didn't, sir. How did you come up with that? We are completely. international shipping. domestic . not. Since USPS is closed, we are currently only shipping via UPS and FedEx.

A) Acting maliciously by avoiding the question until payment is made.
B) Facing a language barrier, but if you're sourcing on an English board, it's your responsibility to learn English.
C) You just lied.

I don't understand what you want? Why are you making a accusation right now? Have you placed an order from us? Did your package not reach you after the order was placed? If you have experienced a problem, please write here and let everyone see it. But it is meaningless for you to make accusations without having a customer. We do business in English and we have enough English, where we don't have it we get support from translate. We don't have to know English 100%. Our job is to take your order correctly and deliver the package to the customer. You don't need ultra good English for this. If you have any other questions, let us help you. What difference does it make to you whether we ship from Turkey or not? We say that we do not make domestic shipments within the USA. We are completely transparent to our customers. please ask us about our real customers. with wrong thoughts without testing us yourself.don't move.

We have two shipping channels.
With the first of these, UPS and FedEx, we can only ship Genotropin and Ngenla items.
The shipping fee is $60 + a $20-30 tax fee.
Our second shipping option is FedEx and UPS.
The difference with this option is that we can ship anything.
There's a $300 shipping fee for items up to 1 kilogram.
We recommend evaluating your orders based on these two options.
