High bloodpressure on cycle with telmaim

My bloodpressure went up from 120/130 to 60/65

I understood this was your bp off cycle.

I was referencing your pulse pressure; the difference between systolic and diastolic.

Switch to 20mg olmesartan
Bloodpressure went down to 125/130/65

Still not perfect but alot better

I dont know if you can use telmisartan with olmesartan because they are same class but telmi has better healthbenefits but olmesartan works better for me

Looks like nebivolol might have messed up your baroreceptor reflex response causing orthostatic hypotension. Stick to your plan on increasing telmisartan, as it does lower systolic pressure more then diastolic.

Seeing how your blood pressure isn't particularly healthy (high pulse pressure) even when off cycle, Potentially suggesting arterial stiffness, endothelial dysfunction, etc. you might wanna reconsider moderate aas use altogether.

Have you ever measured your aldosterone/renin levels off cycle?

Yeah. I don't know when you started nebivolol but Eq and maybe the other gear you are on probably hadn't fullysaturated yet. You might have gone up in weight, holding more water, eating more calories now. All things that could push the rhr

Yes. You are basically experiencing a rebound effect, probably due to an increase in B1 adrenergic receptor expression. It will drop back to baseline.
